I first used Creekside Construction when I had three trees fall on the roof and also on the deck of my home in 2021. My insurance company while not making any specific recommendations told me this was one of the companies they have worked with, and which has had positive results.I conducted research and after seeing many positive reviews I decided to call them. One of the owners, Dave called me back immediately and even though they were inundated due to many homes in our area suffering damage due to a windstorm, had work crews at my house the next day. All damage was repaired, and a new deck was built pretty quickly.During the construction, Dave educated me on the different types of decking materials, rail types, etc. Dave saved us money by explaining what we could do to minimize costs and the job was completed in a reasonable time by professional tradesmen.In 2023, we again hired Creekside Consruction to rebuild an in-law unit. This unit has a kitchen and bedrooms. Brennan and Brandon responded and after explaining what needed to be done drew up a sketch/plans and showed my wife and I how we could maximize the space we had based on our budget. The cost and timeline of the project was given, and we hired them.The unit was eventually gutted and rebuilt which included heating being installed. The job consisted of electrical work, plumbing, drywall, texturing, painting, baseboards, and flooring being needed.During this time, Brennan and Brandon kept us informed, told us when sub-contractors would be coming (all top notch/ professional) and answered any questions we had which were many. The job was completed on time and the costs were in the range they quoted. We love the unit.Dave, Brennan, Brandon and the entire crew working with them are knowledgeable, professional and kind persons. Our experience was great and I would highly recommend this company. We will definitely hire them again as we have many more jobs on this old Hayden home!

I would hire this company 10 times over again. I had a flood in my basement and I was referred to Creekside Construction from the cleaning crew, and WOW! Their professionalism, organization, and efficiency has been incredible since the moment I called them. I'm a first time home owner, and I was so nervous to figure out how to manage working with insurance and a construction company and the team at Creekside have been truly a Godsend. Dave and Steve have been so pleasant to work with and really helped me get through a tough time. Creekside Construction was such a blessing. They responded to a bid to repair a fire closet on hour condo building after someone ran into it with their care and caused quite a bit of damage. Creekside Construction is top notch! We were overseeing our parent’s pipe-bursting issues from afar. Creekside was amazing as they were professional and did outstanding work (with Steve’s creativity and problem solving, the end result looks even better than before!) Creekside helped us repair some damage when our neighbor's tree fell on our house in a windstorm. The wonderful folks worked with our insurance company and coordinated all the necessary trades to get our house, deck, and fence back in shape. BEST CONTRACTOR EVER!! We had a huge flood in our home in November. Creekside Construction was recommended to us to put our master bedroom, master bath and downstairs bathroom back together (the rooms had been stripped to the studs). Within an hour of our call Steve, Brandon and Dave were at our home and accessing the damage. Every worker (Curtis, Hugo and Brandon) were exceptional in their work. Derek managed our remodel while we were snowbirding in AZ last winter. What an amazing experience! My wife and I bought a small piece of property almost two decades ago in the hopes of building our retirement home. The property has a beautiful view, but is also steep. We had Creekside fix up our old house to sell and then to build a new house in the same area. We have been in the new house for two years now and are enjoying every day. Paula Merk was a big help in picking the right colors, etc. Mike Gray did-a very good job of scheduling all of subs so that no time was lost waiting for the construction to be completed there were no surprises encountered. We contacted Mike at Creekside from a recommendation from a friend. The very next day, Mike was at our home and we went from there! We had a complete kitchen remodel and then a month or so later they added a sun room. Both projects were professionally done. Every sub that came was polite and professional. Anytime there was a change, problem, or a glitch, Mike was immediately responsive ~ answering my call and concerns quickly. We had our restoration project set up with them, the day we got approval from our insurance adjuster, they bailed on us due to “too much work from the windstorm in January”. When I asked Dave why there was a sudden declination of the project and how poor of an excuse that was...I then got two more excuses: “I’m not sure we can effectively communicate with you on this project “ and then “I don’t think we can be successful”. I asked him what that meant...as he was having trouble explaining.This came after I pointed out the changing story we got from his estimator and how the carpet restoration was going to work. We were told a process and the exact opposite happened, I have it documented on what we were told. Dave said “he’s worked for me for a long time, I don’t think he would say that..”It was one of the strangest interactions I’ve had with a contractor. They aren’t honest, Dave couldn’t even tell me the reason without stuttering and stammering on the call.Go elsewhere...

I live out of the area and could not visit the site very often. Derek knew that I wanted to keep close on the progress and we communicated regularly in phone calls and text messages. When issues arose, Derek was responsive and we were able to work things out, usually to our benefit.
