Frustrating company to work with. Attentive when there were thousands of dollars on the line for a new furnace, but then impossible to get ahold of after the money had been paid. The gentleman who came and did the quote was nice enough but promised many things that apparently “couldn’t be done” when the installers came. We have failed our inspection twice now. Trademark was supposed to set up the inspection as part of the service, but this did not happen. It took 6 phone calls and a lot of texts to get them to set up the first inspection, and not much better for the second. They did not use a drop sheet and we now have purple drips of pvc glue on the floor. Luckily it’s just on cement. We didn’t care about all of the plastic shavings left behind because that’s an easy clean up, but I wasn’t happy about the sharp screws left on the floor that our children could have stepped on. They also did not caulk around the exhaust holes they drilled in the side of the house. Easy enough to do myself but I figured that would be standard of practice. Having failed two inspections we didn’t have much confidence in having them make corrections again. We had another company come and make the changes needed. The actual furnace is good quality, but for the price we paid (fairly expensive compared to other companies) I figured the service would be better. Luckily we didn’t decide to have them replace the AC at the same time. I will say the installers were all very kind but customer service and quality control has been sub par in general. They have good reviews online so fortunately others have had a better experience but sadly that was not our case

This is sadly the first one-star review I have had to leave, but I wanted to warn others. We had Trademark come out for a routine furnace servicing as we just bought a house. They said that our heat exchanger had a crack, was potentially leaking toxic fumes, and had us sign a waiver. After they left, the furnace was squealing and heat no longer worked. We panicked and talked with their team, and felt very pressured to immediately purchase a unit which, thankfully, we ended up not doing as the price felt high and we don't like being rushed into decisions. I had a couple other bids, and one discovered that the furnace had been disconnected (and the cord hidden/tucked away) which was causing the extreme whining and loss of heat. He said if there was actually the potential for toxic fumes, there are protocols that need to be followed, and he did not see evidence of that and would recommend a second opinion on the cracked heat exchanger, since he didn't have tools with him to verify. After he reconnected the furnace, it was working again, but due to it's age, we did decide to go ahead and have it replaced anyway for peace of mind with the cold weather. During later installation, I asked if they could double-check the heat exchanger. Lo and behold. . . it was not cracked. The whole experience felt pressure-y and shady. Would not recommend.

They are wonderful! They took such great care of my 93 year old mom and replacing her furnace. She was struggling with back pain and their tech actually asked her if he could pray for her with her. She was so touched. He prayed for her and also gave her a hug. Nicest people ever. Their price was very reasonable as well.

We had a technician come out to clean our furnace which seems to be struggling to function efficiently. Dan did a wonderful job explaining what he found and took time to help me understand the issues and go over options with me. He offered advice about what he would do if it were his home, and I felt his expertise and experience were very valuable. After he left, we also had a comfort analysis done by Nate. He offered additional input based on the specifics of our house and we made a plan moving forward that we are very comfortable with. Both men were very personable, punctual and experienced. I highly recommend this company!

Great customer service. Had an electric furnace and new thermostat installed. Fast, efficient, courteous, and very professional. The install team got everything installed and cleaned up. There was one little issue with the thermostat wiring. I did a chat on their website. The responded immediately and I got an electrician scheduled for the next day. I would highly recommend them.

The Trademark Mechanical technician 'Ken' arrived on time and was very courteous. He reviewed the history I had on the furnace and provided a detailed description of the testing he performed. A modification was made and the issue I was seeing did not surface after that. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

I was absolutely blown away at the professionalism, pricing, and the way my Tech, Dan conducted himself. James and Dan did a heat exchanger inspection and found multiple compromises in my heating system that could lead to hazardous materials entering our home. We used another local business since moving here in 2006.The camera they used to find the compromises has not been used by other companies. The way they described the hazards and potential problems was easy to understand. They're down to earth and really care about their loyal customer base. We bought a Furnace and A/C and the process was simple and easy. Also told us the benefits of an air purifier and I noticed the difference immediately.The installation team blew me away at being prompt and professional. "Yes sir, "no sir" no inappropriate language or smelling like an ashtray. Lived up to their promises 100%... this company has exceeded my expectations from start to finish and I will never use another company ever again.Thank you to Matt Koppel, Dan and James... superb job worth more than 5 stars. Mark Heydon Five Stars*****!Folks, run away and find someone else for your heating, cooling, and electrical needs. The reason is not due to the workers themselves, but it’s due to the company’s business practices! They make you a promise of no hidden fees—I wholeheartedly disagree! The method/forms they use make it easy to do just exactly that!In my opinion, they aren’t there to take care of your needs as much as they are to get what they can from you. In our case we purchased a new furnace, water heater, and heat pump (or air conditioner; we got conflicting stories on that as well). We were made to believe the new equipment we were getting installed was the top of the line units. What we weren’t told was that we were actually purchasing the very same low-end units that just came with a better warrantee (the units are all the same and made in Texas, please research for yourselves). Now how did I discover this? Because I was with the installers the whole time they were replacing the furnace. The one they took out of the box said “Goodman” and the one we were supposed to get was a “Franklin.” So I told the installer I think that someone gave them the wrong furnace because we ordered a “Franklin”. What he told me was that they remove the “Goodman” name plate and replace it with a “Franklin” name plate. Say what?! Does this sound like a deceptive practice to anyone else or just me? I can prove this because the heat pump/air conditioner still has the “Goodman” name plate on it that the installer forgot to replace (yes I took pictures).To caveat on the above, the work order is also not itemized. The individual that first came to our house to evaluate our problem told us what we needed to do to fix our problem and provided us a list which included the names of the components he recommended as well as the work to be performed (which never got done per his guidance). Their purchase/workorder is not specific to the work to be done or the costs of any of the items being replaced. I was also told we were getting a discount, but there’s no way to tell if there was actually a discount included.Because we elected to go ahead with replacing the furnace, water heater, and heat pump based on their recommendations, we elected to finance all of it. Also this was all done on a Sunday (due to severe freezing weather) so banks were not open so we really couldn’t finance the work through our own bank and went with their lending institution instead. We had no problem getting the financing since we have very good credit. But because this was all done on Sunday and over the phone, we had to get the necessary paperwork to digitally sign through our email. It was then that we discovered the interest rate was 11%. We inquired about the rate and were told we would have to talk to someone at Trademark. When we asked them about it, they said we needed to talk it over with the lender; typical run-around. Having dealt with many unscrupulous car salesmen in past years we should have just said to hell with it—but we needed the furnace/heat.Having taken the time to not only fill out Trademark’s feedback form and mail it back to them, I also included a five page written feedback. In that feedback I stated that we decided to give Trademark a three star rating instead of two only because of the workers. I kind of figured that having taken the time that I did to go into as much detail as I did, that someone would have cared enough to contact me—they obviously don’t because it didn’t happen. I also chatted on line to an individual (won’t use her name) and inquired about my feedback. She ensured someone would reach out to me—didn’t happen either! Consequently, I guess since no one cared enough to inquire of our experience so I am compelled to do this review.I would like to go into greater detail, but it would become too lengthy; it took me five single-spaced pages the first time. What will become of this review I have no idea, but if it helps anyone else with their decision making, then I guess my work here is done.

Dan, our technician was wonderful! Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, personable. He was conscientious and was easy to have in our home, almost like a guest. He explained how the system worked, what had caused the issue, and made sure we knew how to operate the furnace before he left. He was also courteous enough to wear shoe covers and to tolerate our barky little mini Schnauzer, who ended up adoring him. Thank you! 10 star technician rating :)

I recently had two techs come into my home. Matt came in yesterday and did a furnace cleaning and analyze things to keep my furnace running for many years. During the visit I mentioned I wanted to get central air. He set up and appointment for Dan to come out and work up an estimate. Both techs, I would welcome back in my home anytime. They were very polite, respectful to my needs and my home. Because of these two I would recommend Trademark Heating and Cooling to anyone looking out needing this service. ❤️

Excellent communication from the whole team. So glad I called them out to look at my heating/cooling system. I was reminded of how old my eater heater was. It was 4 years overdue! Who knows what could have happened if we didnt get it replaced. The replacement team (father and son duo) were very quick with the install. I was kept in the loop and impressed with their professionalism. Kudos to the company as a whole.

Trademark was very quick to respond to our call which was very important to us as we had our furnace fail in the middle of winter. The consultant that came out initially went out of his way to bring a handful of space heaters to keep us warm through the weekend until the furnace could be installed. The technicians that came and installed the new furnace were extremely professional and left us feeling very happy with the install and comfortable that we’d be able to confidently use the system going forward. I was very happy with the experience with Trademark.

Taylor came to see what was going on with the furnace and see if it was fixable. He was just the best! From walking in and being friendly and putting on shoe covers to the detailed description and explanation of the whole system and process. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I’d highly recommend giving him a call if you have the unfortunate need to do so. Matt was also wonderful, he came out the next day, was 10 minutes early for the scheduled time and left a space heater to help keep the place warm until the replacement is installed. The follow-up before the review request was also great. What a good way to do business!

Obviously, this was a BIG job, which was handled very competently and thoroughly by the crews from Trademark Mechanical and Cougar Mechanical. Trademark's service technicians, a father and son duo, recently installed a new water heater in our home. They were cautious, laying a tarp trail on the floor from the entry door to the water heater location. They were informative and personable, they kept their work area clean and they did not leave until the water from the 75 gallon tank ran hot. Our experience with Trademark employees has alway been top drawer! Thanks guys!

Horrible company and horrible customer service. We wouldn't even give them even one star, if it was possible. Multiple furnace failures beginning with the first day we owned the furnace. Not to mention they didn't connect our gas correctly and we found out we had a gas leak for approximately a month... they "fixed" the leak but even their repair job on the gas leak FAILED... my husband ended up repairing the gas leak. Every tech that came to our home contradicted the tech before them. Multiple calls to the office to speak with the General Manager, only to be told there wasn't one on-site (he is moving to Hayden soon). Owners were non responsive to our request for a refund or replacement but their "Customer Success Manager" offered us a "one time" offer... 10% discount, as a gesture of good faith and an apology for the issues... If you are looking for a heating/cooling company... use anyone else... Stay away from Trademark!

I had two furnace maintenance technicians come out to my residence for maintenance and estimates - Edson and Jordan. Both were very polite, helpful, on time and willing to help to the best of their ability. Overall very pleasant experience.We also had our furnace replaced a week after the initial visit. The office worked with us on a quote and answered all the questions, and the installers were on time, considerate and knowledgeable.

"Nick" came to our home today to do an annual service on our furnace and air-conditioning. He was efficient and explained what we could do to be more pro-active with our filters. Office too was great. Called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled and then called to say he would be here in 20 minutes.

We woke up to a colder then normal house and determined our furnaces wasn’t running like we expected. We called Trademark at 7:52 a.m. and had a technician at our door ready to work at 8:30 a.m. I can’t express how happy we were with James’ quick response. He was respectful, efficient, and thorough. Highly recommend Trademark!

We worked with 2 different techs 3 days apart. I think I already gave a review of Bella’s work on first day. Second tech who came on a SUNDAY morning was a gentleman whose name I do not recall. He was very nice and explained what was happening in our situation. It was different than we thought. He did not have the equipment we needed but we went out and bought the necessary heat tape, insulation, etc and did our repairs. Our experience with Trademark has been excellent. Love the PINK VAN!!!

I am extremely happy with the installers. They were very professional and respectful. I have parakeets and always s mess around their cage. Max took it upon himself to vacuum that for me. What a nice thing to do I couldn’t be happier with these young men. Oh i almost forgot I LOVE the beautiful pink trucks and trailers. What a wonderful company to hire such good people you should be very proud of everyone working at your company. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism from everyone in your company. Would love to recommend this company if you have furnace needs right now, or AC for summer. We had AC installed for the first time in our home early summer of this year. Working with the Sales Manager Taylor and the sales person who came to the home was a breeze. Very informative, knowledgeable and able to explain in layman's terms. There was a slight problem with the final installation cosmetically and it was immediately remedied to our 100% satisfaction. And, we loved having the cool air all summer! Good job Taylor and Nick!!!!
