Made a delivery of some doors and windows there a couple weeks ago thought I had lost the comment card so posting now. Richard, Pedro and José were the ones that unloaded me. Not only were they dressed professionally and looked professional but their whole demeanor was professional as well, which is very hard to find these days. They were very courteous and prompt when they greeted me, directed me as to what door to back in and even brought me my paperwork when my trailer was empty. They were very speedy at getting me unloaded. As soon as my trailer bumped the dock they went to work and had me ready to go in less than an hour. It's gentlemen like that that help us truckers be more efficient and stay on schedule by being efficient themselves. Keep those guys around

My wife and I cannot thank Patrick Cox and his team (from the Ketchum Idaho office) enough for working with us to design, choose and order an entire package of sliders and windows for our new home on the Snake River. Patrick made the process effortless especially considering the 18 x 30 ft wall of multiple windows and sliders in the grand room.
