At first, I was hesitant to have someone I hadn’t met in person do my garage floor. It took me about eight months to finally commit and have it done. During that time, I debated doing it myself, after talking to my neighbor, who did his by himself. I am so glad I had mike done by Gus. I had an idea of what I wanted my garage floor to look like, what I expected quality wise, and Gus far surpassed all of my expectations. He checked in with me every step of the way to show me the progress, I think he realized I’m the type that likes to make sure things are done well. When I got to opportunity to meet him and actually talk to him is really when I felt comfortable using him. Exceptional results! Gus epoxied my garage floor and fixed a couple areas where the cream coating on the cement had froze and popped off! Very happy with the outcome. This basement floor has been through a lot and now not only looks unrecognizable but is indestructible. The whole process from initial inquiry, to onsite evaluation and estimate, to application, and finalization was a good experience. Great communication and updates and job completion was quick. Two weeks before we were to move into our new home under construction, we decided we wanted to get a coating on our garage floor. I contacted our contractor and he said it was unlikely I could get it done in only two weeks. We have some friends that recently completed their home and they had an epoxy coating put on the garage floor. It looked great and they told me that Armor Flooring Idaho did it.I contacted Gus and asked if this timeframe was even possible. He told me if we could quickly choose epoxy and flake colors he would make it happen. Gus was extremely helpful by providing sample chips, explaining the process and answering all of our questions. By the end of the day we made all the decisions and Gus ordered the materials.WOW! We have the most beautiful garage floor at a very competitive price within our timeframe. Gus is fantastic to work with, delivers a high quality product and completely honest.

We are currently 3/4 of the way through our house build. We wanted our fully-finished basement to have a floor that would last longer than most flooring options and withstand the terror of six children. Our contractors were willing but not confident. We started research and discovered online Armor Flooring Idaho LLC. Five Star Business. Gus is an absolute professional. The quality of service leading up to his arrival to start our project was nothing less than absolute confidence and honest. Our project was divided up into three days (actually finished today) and was explained in detail and accomplished expeditiously. Gus knows his trade and took precautionary steps that my own contractors haven't even thought about making. Gus saw a problem and addressed it with our interest in mind. Gus, with Armor Flooring is in a league all his own. I wanted to wait on the review when we have better lighting in our basement so the pictures match my high praise but he deserved my immediate review. He treated us exactly the way anyone would desire to be treated and is truly worth your investment. You don't just get a beautiful floor, you get the assurance that is as strong as the epoxy and the joy that comes with such an investment that is as brilliant as the Midnight glitter that will always remind me that Gus was the best part of our home build. We could not be happier with the excellent quality of work that he did. We contacted Gus (Armor Flooring) right after buying a new home in Twin Falls in November. He was referred to us by our real estate agent. Initially our contact with Gus was all via cell phone, email, and texting. He is very professional, conscientious, and always stayed in touch. Our main concern was getting the epoxy flooring done in our new garage during the winter. Gus assured us that it would cure fine as long as we watched the humidity levels. Once his schedule cleared and the weather looked ok, he scheduled our job. The day it was to begin, Gus showed up on time and walked us through the project steps and discussed weather. Besides checking with us every day during the project, Gus provided heaters and fans to help the curing process along, and the floor turned out beautifully! It took a few extra days because of weather, but it was worth it! We highly recommend Armor Flooring because Gus knows what he's doing, provides quality work, and is a delight to work with! Armor Flooring, has been one of the most professional, honest and quality-oriented contractor we have dealt with in our new-home (Eagle, ID) upgrades. Gus met with us and explained the entire process for epoxy-finishing our garage floor and provided pros and cons of each approach we considered. After our preliminary meeting and provided quote, Gus proceeded to implement our planned project. Once into the process, Gus had come across a couple of issues not originally considered and thus, not contained in the original quote. Gus, to his integrity, rendered solutions to the new issues, and did kept with his original quote. He was more concerned with "making things right" than bolstering his quoted price, once under way. I would recommend Armor Flooring without reservation and have done so, to family and friends.
