Ivory Construction treated me professionally during our build. From pre-construction through warranty phase they were very available to go through our concerns and questions and I felt like they were always on our side. Their subcontractors were clean and did great work. We would recommend them to a friend.

We had Ivory Construction redo our roof, rebuild our deck, and replace old siding. Any subs they had working were great to work with and Freddy always kept us in the loop and communicated regularly about what we wanted done. When we were in the middle of a separate project replacing our carpet, we found broken pipes in the wall. We were on a time crunch to get things done because of all the different people involved (carpet people, movers and storage container puckup) and Freddy came right away and was able to fix the issue in a way that created the least amount of additional house repairs and also allowed us to stay on schedule with everyone else. We definitely recommend Ivory Construction and their quality of work and communication. We are very happy with the results of all the work that was done.

Hello, my name is Raul and I wanted to let everyone know about Freddy's work. We were building a new home and we run into trouble with our general contractor, so a friend recommended Freddy to finished a few of the problems and unfinished work from the previous contractor, well let me tell you we were so lucky to find him. He is a knowledgeable, reliable and very honest. His work is excellent and at a very reasonable price. He did my home siding, fireplace, windows finishing work and other projects. Everything was done in a timely manner and within our budget. His is very pleasant to work with and is always ready to listen to you as as a customer. I highly recommend Freddy for any project big or small, he is the best general contractor that I have had the pleasure to work with.

We remodeled our kitchen and did a addition at the same time. Freddy was always responsive and kept us in the loop the whole time. I would for sure use them again in any remodel or additions in the future.
