CCX Roofing are excellent roofing contractors here in Rexburg! They were tops in bidding and they have a 50 year roofing guarantee. They were very fast and efficient and cleaned up very well after their job. Their understanding of roofing setups for best results and sharing that information in a way I can understand was really appreciated. The new roof was completed in a timely mater. A couple weeks instead of a couple months. Then the actual roof installation was completed in one day with about a half dozen roofers.

Over the course of this past summer, my house was losing asphalt shingles on a regular basis every time a wind storm blew through the eastern Idaho area. As the summer wore on, it became apparent that this was going to be a major re-roof rather than just a repair. After looking at other contractors, I chose CCX Roofing out of Pocatello because of their online ratings and their expertise working with homeowner insurance companies. Since I have not made a claim on damage to my property, I needed someone who knew their way around the system. They sent an individual out to assess the damage to the roof. They noticed that there were some “soft” areas on the back of the roof. It was explained that this could be an indicator of water damage to the roof decking. They initiated a claim on my behalf. When the insurance adjuster arrived to perform their assessment, CCX Roofing was there to interface with them. Because of this hands-on service, the insurance aspect went extremely smoothly. The top notch communication was evident throughout the project. They ordered the materials and scheduled the work. The crew was efficient and thorough, stripping off the existing asphalt shingles, replacing the decking, and completing the roofing in a single day (even my neighbors were surprised at the pace of the work). They cleaned up the work area and yard afterwards. In the end, nobody could tell that the crew was even there. The roof looks fantastic. CCX Roofing also dealt with my insurance company for the additional work on the decking as that could not be estimated up front until the shingles were stripped off. Because of their professionalism, efficiency and competitive prices, I highly recommend CCX Roofing. I had severe damage to my roof and siding from the hail storm in Heyburn in May of 2023. I had originally signed with a different company to get the work done. However, they were not beig honest and overcharging for everything. I had signed a contract and was worried. Nikoli Carlquist from CCX had stopped by and I asked him for a quote. His quote was in line with what my insurance said and he gave me advice for moving forward with the other company. He was honest, upfront, had great communication skills, and pricing was very fair! I was able to break contract with the other company and chose CCX. I'm very pleased with the service and quality of work I received from CCX! I would highly recommend them for anyone needing work done! You won't regret it if you go with them!

Cody at CCXteriors was fantastic to work with right from the start. Very professional, educational, and direct. Of the 3 roofing companies we had out to provide estimates, he was the most thorough and offered the best value (best product for the price paid), and also provided us with the most appropriate options for our needs.The job was started when expected, and they had it torn off and replaced within just two days of work. (Their competitor took two weeks to do a similarly-sized home in my neighborhood just weeks before we had ours done.)When we got hit with an unexpected evening thunderstorm (no rain in forecast) with the roof in an unfinished state, Cody rushed out on his own time and thoroughly tarped and prepped the exposed areas.The finished product turned out great and we were billed what we had been quoted. Overall, a very positive experience with CCXteriors and especially Cody. Great company to work with. Will do business with them again and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a historic brick one-story storage building with a very slightly pitched hip roof that was leaking badly nearing the point of complete tear-down. Several other roofers would not respond with an inspection or quote, nor did they have the expertise to repair a nearly flat roof. Nextdoor response to my dilemna recommended CCX. I called, they came, gave a clear quote for a new, white TPO system. Remi is the best company rep there. They worked my job in late last fall, and it has saved my building and will last many years. I highly recommend these people and this company. They gave me a great deal of peace of mind to have this job done.

I will try to keep this short but it has been a long, drawn out, miserable experience working with CCX and their various "project managers." We began trying to get a company to bid shutters for our old 1934 home. A salesman was sent and we received a bid in June of 2023. We were informed of the options of shutters, quality, etc. and given a bid. Right away we noticed they had counted too many shutters, so the bid was inaccurate. Also, the bid was a handwritten bid. We reported the error but decided this was the company to go with. Once we committed, they were in Idaho Falls ready to receive 1/2 down payment. We paid and immediately the communication was via text and we were told the shutters wouldn't be scheduled to be put on the house until the first of November. I asked for a receipt on the payment and to have a more official bid with the correction and the down payment. Approximately a month later, we were called and informed that the shutters we had selected weren't available in board and batten shutters. We then ask what our options were, they told us to look up websites of other companies and take a look at some of those. Several of these companies were available to buy from the general public and were a lot less than we had paid. We asked to meet with our project manager at our home. He came, we discussed my concerns, where I found out he was a new employee and I felt was NOT qualified to answer our concerns. We picked another company and waited. and waited.......and waited. We would ALWAYS have to contact them, either our "project manager" or an office person. Finally, in December we were told UPS "lost" our shutters. We asked for our money back. They said "no problem." When we called to follow up on our money, they had "found" all our shutters except one. We said we still felt best getting our money back. They called again and said they had found our other shutter and it would be installed that week. At this point we decided to just get them done. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday and they would begin. No one showed up Thursday, we called, they said Friday, no one showed up Friday! They finally came the following Wednesday and started the work. It was completed 2 days later satisfactorily.All in all it was a bad experience. Terrible communication, poor follow through, not a good presentation of a clear product. (We never even saw a sample) Sloppy business practice in regards to presenting a computerized, professional bid. After all that? The bill never was rectified from the wrong amount of shutters. We paid, we are done. We would never contract with this company again.

I can’t speak about their workmanship because their unethical behavior made it so I would not work with them.They offered a payment plan - a nice option. The man on the phone said that a soft pull on my credit would be necessary. I agreed. I was shocked to find out from a credit alert that a hard pull was made instead. When I inquired about the difference, I was told that I gave permission for a credit check. Miscommunication and misunderstandings do happen, and so I decided to consider looking at them as a potential roofer.I told the salesman that I expected a quote in writing and three references at our second appointment. The salesman showed up without a written quote and zero references. The salesman committed to sending me three references that evening. I only received one.Later that night as I was looking through my email, I saw an alert that a credit account was opened in my name. That account was opened from the phone call where there was a hard check instead of a soft check on my credit. I NEVER gave this company permission to open a credit account in my name.When I send a message to the salesman, expressing my dissatisfaction with this action by CCX Roofing he replied with a message that made zero sense. Stating,” I apologize about that but I promise there was nothing nefarious about it. You agreed to a credit pull and that’s what we did.”I replied and asked once more for an explanation for the account that was opened in my name. The response was, “ You would have to agree to the deal. Nothing is finalized until you do so”I am entirely dissatisfied that my concern was never addressed. I find the employees at this company to operate with moral standards that are shady at best and absolutely devious in my opinion.I could not in good conscience recommend this in a positive way. I also think it is important to share my experience with this company, to warn others of their business dealings that are unethical.

CCX installed new siding and gutters on our home and we are really happy with how it turned out. All of the team members at CCX were friendly and knowledgeable. The crew was very clean. They raked up their mess, ran a magnet over the yard, and hauled off all of the garbage and remaining materials. Chad and his crew worked at a fast pace and performed a high quality installation on our siding. They made sure to promtly address any issue that arose. After the siding installation we decided to have gutters put on our house. We had a great experience with the gutter crew as well. We give CCX a 10/10! We had a great experience with them and love how they beautifully transformed our house.

All materials and workmanship was delivered and completed as promised! This was a big job and required a lot of attention to detail. Taking an old roof off your house is loud and messy but the crew was very respectful of landscaping and deck features going the extra mile to protect and preserve those areas! Horrible experience. They did not use a dumpster to throw out the old roofing layers and it was thrown all over my yard with hundreds of nails dispersed all over. The roofers also put a hole in my ceiling and damaged my window screen. Communication with everyone is awful and they fail to communicate important details

We Nick came out and give us an estimate for a new roof. He was professional, easy to deal with and answered all of our questions. We had a couple of estimates from roofers and decided to go with CCX, they just seemed trustworthy. Nick said that the project should take about a day. The roofers came one day tore off the old roof and put on the new roof. They stay for 12 hours. They came 2 days later to complete some finishing work... rain delay. Nick came the next week to go ensure that we were happy with the work that was completed. We got a good roof, with high quality shingles, and a 50 year warranty. I would recommend them to anyone.
