Any roofer that thinks it’s OK to put ice and water shield over felt needs to go back to the installation instructions.I hope these guys can educate themselves why that is not cool, so they can start giving Pocatello quality.Straight lines don’t matter if water is running underneath the ice and water shield when you have a ice build up…
