AM Construction is knowledgeable and experienced with roof construction with good integrity. I suspect they do exterior envelope projects well also, being into fundamentals. They did a fine asphalt shingle reroof for us in west plains Spokane. I was a roof designer in Alaska for 30+ years so knew I’d have to be persistent to find those 3 qualities and a reasonable price for a house project. AM is a certified Malarkey Roofing Products installer which is a compliment to AM.

AM Construction is top rate!! I talked with several companies before meeting Chris with AM Construction, after talking with Chris I knew I found the right company for my roof replacement. My roof was in terrible shape and I was so eager to get it replaced. Chris took the time to talk with me about my options and the best course of action to take for my roof. Everything he said made sense and he is very knowledgeable about codes and his desire to do a quality job is evident in all the steps along the way. When removing my old and crumpling roof we ran into a few significant issues with the chimney because of water damage over the years, Chris was so great with helping us get through the situation. I was so glad to be working with AM Construction. The result of the work went above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend AM Construction to everyone! I am now eager to work with AM Construction on many other projects I have in the pipeline. I am so thankful we found AM Construction.

They match our integrity and commitment to our customers.One of our crew members did some damage to a customers property and Chris came out that evening to give me a quote for the repairs. They are very easy going, kind people with A LOT of knowledge and the willingness to explain what is going on when doing your project.Recently they did a roof for our home we purchased in Coeurdalene.
