I spoke with several roofing companies before I chose Lake City Roofing. Mike and his team are extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I needed to replace my roof with an insurance claim and they helped me all the way through the process. The owner went as far as working directly with the insurance company to help finish the project smoothly. The office staff is kind and very responsive. The contractors did a great job on the roof and clean up. Overall just a great experience. Highly recommend them.

We love LCR! The project manager walked us thru each step, constantly checking in with us. Their crew on the roof was well-trained, and their cleanup was exceptional! The inside carpenters installed a sun dome, lighting up a dark kitchen. Absolutely love it. Everyone was so friendly and worked so hard for us. Thank you!

Our roof was 33 years old and needed to be replaced and Lake City Roofers did the job. They were very attentive to our needs and against cold, rain, and snow, they gave us a roof to be proud of. Very pleasant to work with.

Hate giving bad reviews but must. Do to lack of project management this insurance related repair was a cluster-blank. All was well until someone said, "They need a whole new roof"! This was not a home owner request or needed as discussed. This caused high scrutiny by Ins co and major delays. Then Lake City Roofing ignored several requests to update and finalize project costs which caused even more delays and even an Ins denial of payment at one point in time.Find another roofing company.PrestonCrew was excellent 👍

Great company & great people, love working with them. I had an estimate done & turns out I can hold off on replacing my roof for a couple years. I had a positive experience from me contacting them to my appointment & knowing they care about their customers & don’t perform unnecessary work just for money. I appreciate everything they did & will definitely be expecting a call or I will to make sure they do my roof in the future! Highly recommend!

We had a roof leak on our 2 year old home. We reached out to Lake City, and other roofers on a Sunday evening and Lake City was the quickest to respond. Sean came out to assess the problem and provide a cost estimate the next day, on Monday.. Then later that morning Seth came out to repair our roof in multiple areas. I called for a bid and Kaden returned my call the following day. He was receptive to our needs and desires and committed to creating an initial quote. Though we've yet to receive a bid (we understand they are busy and did not rush LCC along) I was impressed that someone called backpretty quickly and that they were willing to listen to us as potentials customers.A business that expects to survive and thrive needs to cater to their customer base. Making contact, without delay means something, especially to potential customers who are about to invest in both their property and the roofing contractor who returns their calls and is awarded the contract.Lake City certainly makes you feel like you and your business matter to them.Though I can not speak to affordability, workmanship, follow-up etc. Lake City is certainly good at contacting and listening to potential clients.Give them a call and see for yourself.Update: my initial conversation with LCR occurred on March 3, today is 3/17 (Happy Paddy's Day) and I have yet to hear from them. Wait and see what develops...

Had a scheduled time for work to be done on our roof. Was told they would be here between 10 and 11 am. Waited around all day. Called and no awnser. Never called us or showed up. Small job but would have led to a full roof replacement in spring. Will not get our future business nor referrals.

Fast to install roof, but if something goes wrong it takes them forever to do the repairs. One guy always blaming the other guy on why repairs are late. Bogus excuses and ignored phone calls.
