I have had a need to use New Heights on two occasions at my summer lake house in Cave Bay on Lake Coeur d'Alene, and their work has been first-rate.The first time was 2021 following work by a different construction company that had installed a gable on my large free standing garage so I could pull a tall vehicle into it. The gable was great but the metal roof they put on leaked and let debris blow in. I called New Heights and they came out, took off the metal and replaced it, solving my problem.In spring 2023 I needed about 1,000 square feet of old fiberglass roofing (circa 1978) taken off my wrap around deck and breezeway and replaced with metal. The roof is supported by a wooden lattice. I wanted to paint the wooden lattice while the old roof was off and the new one installed...a lot easier and also allowed me to inspect and repair any bad wood. New Heights happily scheduled several days between removal and install...and when I realized it was taking me a lot longer to paint the wood lattice they again shuffled their schedule to give me an additional week more time. Very accommodating and appreciated.The main person Chris B. came out both times to assess the job and he also rolled up his sleeves and helped with the removal of the old fiberglass. The work crews were professional, timely, very capable, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up extremely well after the projects.I highly recommend this company and its people.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

New Heights Roofing did an amazing job on our roof after a large wind storm. Despite the crews running into a few hang-ups on the job they still finished in a good amount of time and went above and beyond what other companies would have tried to cover up. The initial quote was the end price. Tyson the owner himself even came out to do a little finish up and to make sure we were happy with the results. I would 100% recommend this company. Quality work, quality products and respectful and clean crew!

We did a complete remake of the 1952 cabin we purchased in 2014. New Heights was a great subcontractor to work with. I would say that what meant the most to me was their level of communication. I was always informed and when I was told something would happen, it did. I can't say that for some of the other subs. As with any retrofit, there was an issue only discoverable after the work began. New Heights gave me a fair price as when I bid it myself I could not complete for any less. The craftsmanship was excellent, and they got us dried in quickly. We have referred New Heights to others, and we know of one friend who is also happy with their work. I will continue referring New Heights to anyone who asks.

New Heights Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Along with the manufacturer’s warranty for the shingles, New Heights offered a Lifetime Warranty on the workmanship. Jeff (the foreman) made sure the work was performed to New Heights’ standard. Chris (the General Manager) came by to check on the roof and get information to my insurance company. With winter conditions, the roofers were very efficient and had the whole roof replaced within two days during a break in the weather. They cleaned up the debris and came back to gather nails out of the yard. The building inspector commented that New Heights Roofing did a good job. When we were selling our house the inspection found some issues with the roof. Called around and chose New Heights. Tyson came when he said, did a thorough inspection and even found a couple other minor issues. Was on time and did a very good job of fixing the roof issues. I was VERY pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of roofing issues. I'd recommend him for any roofing job.

Great experience working with New Heights on our roof replacement. The first time around they installed the new roof in November 2022, it was very cold when the work was done and it did not lay flat. So after the snow cleared in the spring I had them come out to look at it again and they said it would have to be replaced. They honored their warranty and replaced it at no cost to me. Very professional even when faced with a problem and expensive correction.

Last summer, I called new heights roofing to fix a leak in my metal roof, out a curiosity, I asked how much it would cost to replace the whole roof. This company's prices are too high. There is no way I can afford it.So I decided to hire another company for the job, they kept calling and leaving voice mails, sending me emails and texts and all kinds of communication, so I blocked all their phone numbers and emails.Just a little advice when the customer wants to hire you, they will call you, so stop bothering people.To the owner:Reminder is once or twice, 50 times is harassment.

Repair of leaking shop roof. We were referred to this business with great praise by a friend. The estimate was done promptly and for a fair price. They canceled the day they were scheduled to come due to lack of staff but said they would come the next day at 11:00, but when they hadn’t shown by 1:00 they called to say they couldn’t come because the other job took longer than they thought it would. We then said to just forget it and please refund the 50% down payment but the paperwork says it’s not refundable. They finally came out and completed the job. Just be aware of what you sign but I also noticed there is nothing in the paperwork to protect the consumer if the business doesn’t keep their end of the bargain except for taking them to court. This may sound petty but it is inconvenient when you are waiting for workers to show up at the scheduled time and they don’t.

I cannot recommend New Heights enough. From inception to completion, this roofing company was extremely responsive and professional. We had extensive damage to the entire front side of our roof. The roofing team was great and worked hard to get the job done before the weather started. Will McGuire responded to all of my inquiries quickly and, in addition, he worked with our insurance company to provide a plethora of photos and documents to ensure our claim was fully processed.
