The communication was great the whole way, they keep the place clean while working and the team was very respectful. Summit, from start to finish, is first rate! We were kept informed, received emailed detailed quotes, were notified when the crew had been dispatched, and when to expect them to arrive onsite. They were thorough, explained the scope of work, and filled us in along the way. They met with us when the work was done to make sure we were satisfied. The work site was immaculate before they left. Summit Exteriors did a total replacement of our roof, approximately 5000 sq ft. and installed Leaf Relief gutters, . They were extremely fast and efficient, very professional and friendly. Jorn and his team were great to work with. Jorn's team was detail oriented, cleaned up the worksite when they finished each day, and worked hard to overcome obstacles (i.e., discontinued items that were needed to match the rest of the house). It was also great to support a local company who employs local craftsmen. We would use Summit Exteriors again!

I called Summit to solve a recurring ice dam problem that caused roof leaks on my covered back porch and because I knew my 23 year old roof was nearing its end of life. Alaina came out a few days later to listen to my concerns and conduct a full on-roof inspection that lasted about half an hour. After she came down she showed me close-up pictures of what she found, explained what they meant and what she recommended, provided some preliminary information about what it could cost, and promised to send me a detailed proposal that called out the specific techniques and materials they would use and the final cost of the job. A day later I received that report and three alternatives to consider. I took over a week to study them in detail and Summit gave me all the time I needed. When I had questions they had answers, and when I asked to come down to their office and look at material samples they were happy to oblige. I couldn’t have been happier with Summit’s customer support.Once I decided which proposal to accept Summit quickly scheduled the project. When they arrived to start they had a crew of 8 people on site, all of whom really knew their business and were very professional and efficient. In 3 long days I was amazed to see they had the job finished and cleanup was complete. The next day Summit called to be sure I was fully satisfied, and I told them my nearest neighbor had already asked me for their contact information. When your work’s that good, word gets around fast.Summit exceeded my expectations at every turn, and I am completely confident I got the quality of materials and workmanship I was looking for.
