I hired Quality Roofers to replace the roof on my house abs I was not disappointed! They extremely professional, let me know before hand how loud it would be inside for me since I have kids, they were quick and efficient, added vents so my attic could properly ventilate, and walked me through step by step all the way so I knew what was happening. They cleaned up the mess and at the end of the day and you wouldn't have even known they were there besides having a new beautiful roof.

Working with Quality Roofers was great. My roof ended up being more of a project than either they or myself had planned, and Burt Sr. was extremely helpful in coordinating with carpenters and siders to make sure that my roof was done right from the bottom up. This was the first roof I have had done, so understanding the timeline for this project was challenging as this led on on over a few months through the winter, but Burt was patient with my questions and has since followed up to make sure I was happy with the outcome.

Burt and crew arrived on time in the morning and proceeded to do an excellent tear off of the old, and efficiently putting the new roof on--adding some extra roof vents for me, and they made sure to do an appropriate clean up before leaving. Burton, his son, and excellent crew were able to find and repair a leak in my roof that 4 other companies I hired before them were unable to do. In addition to fixing the leak they also found a potentially damaging error in my roof venting and fixed it as well. On top of all that he billed me much less than he could have for the amount of time he spent on my roof. I worked for the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce and have been a long standing member of the community. In all my years dealing with businesses, I have never been treated so well. PROFESSIONAL with a capital PROFESSIONAL! From the first phone call to the end result, we were treated with courtesy, knowledge and plain old hard work! This company is EXCEPTIONAL!!! We had trouble with a couple of things and they were patient and caring. They helped us and never made us feel like we were a pain. Each and everyday they cleaned up the whole yard. Sweeping, blowing and removing all of the debris from the 3 layers on our roof. The last day they even went over the entire yard with a magnet to make sure there were no nails. They did a great job on my roof but totally messed up venting a bathroom fan through the roof. Now there is some mold in the attic. The owner of this company did not seem to care and made excuses about the poor workmanship. Won't use them again.
