I really wanted to give DaBella a 5 star review, as they said it was so important to them. Sadly after my roof job was done and they were paid they have completely ignored me and my request for repair of the damage done to my antique beadboard ceiling on my covered porch after one of the installers foot came through it. I understand things can happen - that's why I've been patient. But after months have gone by there's still a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did have someone come out to "repair" the drain breather that was left off. (I was not home when this was done). Sadly the repair was less than acceptable. The pipe was replaced and tape wrapped around it. It's a visible piece and taping over it is not acceptable at all. I made them aware of both of these issues on multiple occasions with no response from them.The sales people were polite and competitive in pricing since I had 3 other quotes. No real complaints with them. Thought I did have to repeatedly sign papers for them, the last time being when one of their reps parked his truck outside my home, stalking me. He was not one of the original sales people I dealt with.The installers that came dealt with the bad weather that cropped up that day. It was quite the ordeal. They did trample all of my flowers surrounding my house, which I was not happy with. I was told they would make it right - but nothing ever happened with that either...I feel like once they got paid I was yesterdays news. The hole in my ceiling I see daily, and it's a reminder of my poor experience thus far.Service: Roof installation

If I could, I'd give 0. Stars. Serious lack of communication! Was told ****** would arrive 8-10am on Monday. At 10am, called DaBella rep, they said they'd find out why. Heard nothing. I had to call back at 11am to find out roofer had insurance issues. Was then told he'd be there Tuesday, no show. Had to call repeatedly for updates. Was told Roofer arrival Wednesday. Showed up about 11am... Roofer had to leave at 5pm to get some material... didn't come back. Was told they'd be here Thursday.. nope. Another call to get another update. Now told would be here Friday. Not given time-frame. Had to go back and forth with rep to get eta. Took most of the day. Finally got a call from the roofer at about 2:30pm, he was ***** minutes out. Finally arrived at 3pm, finished about 5. Only nice thing was roofer noticed a broken gate latch and offered to fix it for me.

Wyatt came by, he was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. There wasn’t a single thing he did wrong. Presented everything well and was very easy to converse with. I only knocked off a star for the company’s pricing’s. I understand paying for quality but a little disappointing when you can get the same window from another trustworthy company for half the price… Just like anything look into all of your options first!After a little further research on this company I more than likely wouldn’t trust my business with them, just make sure to do your research first!

Braden and Wyatt came for our consultation for windows. We’d had a few other businesses out to take a look but they were our favorite people to work with. They were super friendly and professional and worked hard to get us what we wanted within our price range. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was their “efficiency” discount which puts pressure on you to make a decision right now. But they were the best bang for our buck so it ended up being a fairly easy decision to make.Windows haven’t been installed yet, so there will probably be another review on the way in a couple months. Hopefully a 5 star!

We were very pleased with Scott and Carli and their presentation.. They inspectedour roof and attic and found problems that needed to be addressed. Pictures were taken of both the roof and attic and reinforced the need to replace roofing . They answered all our questions and were very professional . Highly recommend!

Braden and Brad came to our and haves a truly amazing education in grades of windows and comparing dollars and cents . They were not salemansy (well a little but, because they were professional) but, we felt like we had great knowledge of all the information Needed for us to choose this company. I have been visiting with two awesome young men Max and Bradley representatives of DaBella about installing new windows in my house. I was impressed with both of them they sell beautiful window for a very reasonable cost.. They explained and showed me how the windows they were selling work. I told them I’m interested but would have to wait until another time, they didn’t pressure me into purchasing any right away . I explained my budget couldn’t do it right now but when I’m ready to purchase new windows This company would be the one I’ll purchase them when I can have them installed.. I enjoyed visiting with them !

She was very efficient on her presentation and she even went out of her way to meet with my husband at his work to give him her presentation and from there. We're getting new windows in May. We had a "free" inspection done of our roof. We had Scott and Jordan come do the inspection and they were polite and good at their jobs.I say good at their jobs because they almost had us sold on a $30,000 roof. Until we had someone else come give us a second opinion.Turns out, we were lied to about our roof leaking and led to believe we need a new one. When our roof actually has another 5ish years of life left.The gentlemen that came and inspected our roof were polite and very personable. However, the company has questionable morals when training their employees how to "sell" a roof.

My 80 yr old father in law has been contemplating replacing his roof. This company sends smart mouth punks to your house with high pressure sales techniques. A kid showed up uninvited twice at his residence to push the sale. After my father in-law told the salesperson he wanted three estimates to be sure the sales kid told my father in-law to get ready for a $1000.00 cancellation fee for a shaky contract signed by my wife his daughter. No final contract was signed. This company should be ashamed of themselves for this type of representation from a snot nosed punk kid salesman. I highly recommend shopping around. They are high pressure and greedy.

Scott and Bryan came out looked at and examined my windows they explained to me what I had .. the issues of my existing windows and the differences between what they have to offer vs the competition.. this was one of the best and detailed explanations of the products they offer I have ever had .. very knowledgeable, courteous, polite and helpful… great job highly recommended

Got a quote and was told several times by the sales person he would prefer to talk to my husband since the man of the house would be making the purchase. He talked down to me throughout the process as if my "dumb lady brain" couldn't understand a roof. Needless to say we went with a different company. Now we have a roof that is just about 2 years old yet once every couple months some door to door sales person from debella comes knocking on my door talking about how our roof looks old and in need of replacement which is clearly a lie. I wish they would get the hint and leave us alone, I would never do business with this company.
