These guys are bomb, if your needing help they got you covered. I showed up while they were just about to close, keys in the door, and I needed some stuff for a unique issue and I wanted to just ask questions and come back the next day but they unlocked the door and took me inside and resolved my issue. It means a lot when a company will take the time to educate you and help. To all those guys at Floyd Lilly your awesome.

We had a well project and decided to contact Floyd Lilly for an estimate. Even though they were very busy they made time to come out and look at what we needed and give us an estimate. I called and after a short conversation gave the go-ahead for the job. They arrived early the NEXT day and got the job done in a very timely manner. Great service! Was able to get a pump replaced over a holiday weekend, including diagnostics and quote on the holiday itself. If I had to make any complaint it would be follow up when the job is done. But very timely, extremely personable. They've worked and kept record of my well longer than I've owned it.

We had an issue with our well and they responded within 12 hours. They replaced a few capacitors and we were back up and running. Service was good, however, expect to pay DOUBLE what you should. I called to ask why it's so expensive and received, "Well, were you out of water?". I'd have a hard time charging someone as steeply as they do.

Stopped in the store with a pump that was not working. I was ready to purchase another pump, but one of the guys took a look at it and was able to fix the problem. Instead of spending $400, the repair only cost $85. I will be back with all of my irrigation needs. Thank you
