This is the second time we have used Intermountain Heating & AC to fix a problem with our Haley Vacation rental. The first time was to replace the furnace. This time is was to replace a leaking water heater.Both times the repairs were done in a timely and professional manner. After poor experiences with other companies, it was refreshing to have competent professionals helping us!We are grateful to have them onboard!

Jesse was kind and professional I appreciate he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at anytime while he was in my home. My husband wasn't home which is already an uncomfortable thing for a women with children but he was super professional and very nice. He talked to me like a human being and not just a house wife (I didn't understand much) so he repeated it all to my husband when I called him and never once seems annoyed or anything by it. I had someone come and help me with my heating water tank and the person that came in all he said was that I would need to replace it it was just 1 year old . My husband ended up fixing it himself and to this point have not needed to have it replaced .. i get a bill and end up calling them to get this bill fixed because there is no way they are charging $200 for something they didn’t even help me with. I call and call and messages are taken yet no one ever call me back. Seems like they just tend to over price customers and give them fake information about there issue that they need help with then at the end send you a bill and don’t want to answer your calls nor return them.PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THEM FOR SOMETHING YOU NEED HELP WITH .

My wife and I bought a high quality Carrier system from Intermountain four years ago. We've never had a problem! Thought it would be a good idea to have the system checked over because of the time between services. The service man, Allen, was a pleasure. Honest and very approachable with all of my questions. Service price was reasonable. My wife and I would recommend Intermountain to anyone needing their service. Good people.

I had a warranty service through this company, Curtis was great but their billing practices are fraudulent. I was told I needed Freon added and it was $100 a pound, I watched Curtis put 11oz in and the still charged me $100. Also was told I had to get my evaporator coils cleaned,Curtis opened it up found it to be very clean and sprayed a can of $12 cleaner in there and said he would let them know it was easy and to bill accordingly, I guess that meant $150 for 10 minutes of work max.

I paid for a service request w/ my home warranty and I told them what the problem was… the evaporator coils were old, rusted, and icing over. It was entered as a “heating” service ticket because I told them it was in the furnace (which is where the coils are) but when the tech came out he said “it’s not a heating problem, it’s a cooling problem” and that I’d need to call in another service request. He just made a note on his tablet and picked up his bag. Luckily, it’s not an emergency, but still frustrating to have paid for something that they wouldn’t even look at while he was standing right in front of it.Services: Install AC, Heating system maintenance

They come in the spring and get my air conditioner ready for the summer and they come in the fall and get my furnace ready for the winter I don't have to call them they call me to schedule appointments means that I'm not just a number means that I'm thought of and cared about and I appreciate that so very much it's so hard to find that anymore in this world the people actually care about you and not just your dollar I pray that the Lord blesses intermountain heating and cooling with wonderful amount of business they deserve it I recommend them highly to anyone who needs eating or cooling issues taking care of they're the best that's intermountain heating and cooling

Late season cold front moved in and surprise... heater doesn't turn on. Called Intermountain Heating & Air and they quickly came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Fast and courteous, I'd highly recommend Intermountain Heating & Air.
