I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Austin for helping me today. I had a stinger break on the latch on my gate and needed to fix it before the wind took the gate. I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I was frustrated and on my way to Twin when I stopped and called Longhorn Fencing to see if they knew where I could find one. Austin was very nice and offered to stop by to look at it even though he was busy. He not only came over out of his way , but he also brought me a stinger to replace my broken one to install. Had a nice visit and answered my questions about my fence. They didn't put up my cedar fence but I wish I would've found Austin and his company when I had it done. I'm sure it would've been done better. I will definitely call them when I need anymore fence work or repairs done in the future !! Thank you for everything Austin...you saved the day !! It was great meeting you and visiting with you as well...and the latch fits perfect !! Highly recommend Longhorn and I will recommend you to my friends!!

After several contractors failed to follow through with finishing our fence and gate we contacted Longhorn Fencing. They not only followed through and did an awesome job but they kept in contact and updated us on the status. We had a certain kind of fencing that was hard to get but they did it! Thank you! Let's start with Austin, what a asset to this company!!I knew from the moment he showed up to give me a quote I was sold! I didn't need any other quotes.He knows what he's doing and everything he said was solid. Everything from the quote to the installation was flawless.Tanner (crew chief) was exceptionally professional and with the help of Hector and Brandon installed a 96 foot cedar fence with wings 8 feet high !!Weather was a bit dicey with the snow we had. Tanner made sure we had plenty of updates and was flawless in his communication.From the quote to the installation and communication with Sarah this company is a great success with marvelous customer service and exceptional employees.I'm already thinking of adding more fencingThank you all for the beautiful fence !

Absolutely rock solid people & company !! I met with Austin & Sara To have them look at my fence this past Tuesday 1/16. They immediately said they would help me. I had my bid about 10 minutes after they left my house.Wednesday morning 1/17, I received a call from their associate, Tanner saying he would start today. He came by tonight with another Longhorn associate, Brandon and in the dark & cold, both gentlemen hung my gate, made sure it was level & secure.I just can’t thank all of you enough. Longhorn Fence went above and beyond to get me a double gate at my house. Not only did they answer my calls, they returned my calls when they noticed they missed a call. They kept me updated at every turn in the process. They came and removed a fence and posts that I needed pulled in a hurry, and then came back and finished the job as soon as the material for the new gate arrived. They showed up when they said they would show up, finished the job when they said it was going to be finished, and then called to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I called them to look at a vinyl fence gate that didn't close right. They came out within a couple days or so, made a few adjustments, called me back and said to try it out. No charge!!!Works perfect now. If it gives me more trouble I will definitely call them again!
