Magic Valley Restoration has been amazing! They showed up within about an hour of my Saturday night flood distress call and immediately began measures to dry things out. Tanner, my project manager, has done a top-notch job of coordinating the various teams, sub-contractors, and supplies, and has kept me in the loop and aware of my options the entire time. Due to serendipitous early availability of my chosen flooring company he was working under a very tight schedule, and he managed a complete restoration ( kitchen, dining and living rooms, pantry, coat closet, and most of hallway) in two months. It all looks as good or better than it did before the flood! Everyone who worked here was courteous, friendly, professional and very accommodating. My insurance underwriter spoke of Magic Valley Restoration in glowing terms and said they are the company he would call in time of need. They are who I would call again also, and I have highly recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

I had nothing but the best experience working with the whole crew. They were very communicative and on time with everything. They even closed off my house properly and cleaned up after themselves. The day of our house fire, I was at a loss of what I was supposed to do. Magic Valley Restoration was referred to me as a good restoration company that did a great job on house fires. I called John, and he told me he would send a crew right over to board up our house for us and secure it. From that day forward, Magic Valley Restoration took over. They worked directly with Farm Bureau and helped us get our house back.John and Tanner were always in contact with us and let us know every step of the house rebuild. The employees that worked in our house were great to work with. We appreciated all of you and the work you did. Everything that needed to be done was handled by Magic Valley Restoration. I can’t imagine trying to do any of this on our own.Whenever we had questions or concerns, John was able to help us. We were able to live on our property in an rv during this time and saw the work it took to get us back home.Our house is beautiful, and we are so happy to be home. They did a great job, I've used them twice for crawl space clean ups, from sitting water caused by broken plumbing. Chance, the general manager is very honest and upfront with what needed to be done. This company was amazing. My fireplace got soot all over my living room. They came out quickly and did an amazing job of cleaning. The living room feels like new. The employees that I dealt with from phone calls to the actual cleaners were all so polite and nice to work with. I highly recommend this company if you have any disaster clean up needs.

We had a septic disaster! All 3 of our bathrooms flooded and did damage to the dining room and hallway as well. John and his crew showed up, and immediately went to work cleaning up and tearing down. Efficient, fast, and very friendly. He explained every step of what he was doing and helped me with my insurance claim through Farm Bureau. He was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He and his crew went above and beyond my expectations of restoring and repairing my home. Always in contact with me and made sure that the decisions were ours and not what they wanted. At one point, to stay on our agreed schedule, he drove to Pocatello to get his drywallers, and drove them to Shoshone. He worked with our work schedules so that everyone stayed on track. At the end of March we noticed that our kitchen floor was wet. Fearing that we had a water leak associated with our dishwasher, we contacted Magic Valley Restoration & Construction and one other company. Dan Thomas, with MVR&C came to our house and determined that we did indeed have a leak from the water line into our dishwasher. The other company forgot that they had made an appointment to come over to our house the following day. Soon after Dan assessed the problem, he immediately began removing the flooring and the dishwasher to determine the extent of the damage. Once we determined the cause I contacted our insurance company while Dan went into our crawl space to determine if the water had leaked through the flooring. Dan even spoke with the insurance adjuster and was instrumental in getting the damage claim accepted. We felt that all of the personnel we worked with from MVR&C were professional, courteous and looked out for our best interest. The whole mitigation and repair took about a full month and we were very pleased with the attentive service we received. Dan went out of his way to help us get back into our home and we appreciate all he did for us and the overall service we received from MVR&C. They couldn't find any of their technicians, but rather than scheduling a day or two out they got me in contact with another company that could respond immediately. If you’re looking for an upstanding company to work with after an emergency in your home I could not recommend Magic Valley Restoration more. My husband and I are absolutely blown away. We’d originally had another company come out and begin cleanup after our main sewer line broke and flooded our basement; after running into one issue after the next we switched to Magic Valley Restoration mid-project. Our only regret is not using them to begin with. Everyone we worked with was amazing. Brooke in the office was friendly, kind, and held my hand every step of the way! Chance was our project manager and he was knowledgeable, communicative and kept us well informed about what was going on with the build back. Angel matched our drywall perfectly! You can’t even tell it was every patched and repaired. Sean is an absolutely talented painter and went above and beyond to ensure that his work was outmost quality. He even showed me the best way to do touch ups should I ever need to do them myself. David did the rest of the construction needed downstairs and did such a professional job. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He was also very patient with my 4 year old and explained what he was doing.His willingness to go above and beyond meant the world to us! We felt at ease in our home the entire time work was being done and we hadn’t experienced that before! I would shout their praises from the rooftop! You won’t regret going with these guys. Our water system is a mess. We aren’t on a well, don’t have a meter, have no idea where our shut off is…. And had our main break. I struggle with anxiety, routine change, and “catastrophic” events. I cried for a solid two hours while the restoration team got it all under control. They came out within a half hour of calling them (it was like 11 pm), got a plumber out quickly, and got the water stopped and fixed the pipe. The plumber was incredible; the team was professional, quick, and personable. I’m SO THANKFUL they were there to minimize the damage before it got bad.We are so lucky they were quick to repair the problem, because we could have suffered so much damage. Instead we didn’t lose anything. We didn’t lose our shelves, furniture, furnace, water heater, or any of the stuff stored in our basement. Our family of 7 woke up at 4 am to a major flood in our master bath which led to destroying half our house... so much water everywhere! We called Magic Valley and the owner, John could not have been more helpful! He was at our house before 7 am on a Saturday morning doing the work before his crew even got there. John and crew were so helpful, kind, professional, efficient and timely. Even during the Covid mess they were working whenever they could and quickly. The finishing work and the attention to detail was unmatched, John even painted and fixed some things that weren't covered because he wanted it to look perfect! I highly recommend Magic Valley Restoration , they work great with Farm Bureau Insurance . Great communication , they keep you updated on every step of the repair process. I was amazed how quickly they responded , and how fast the job was done . When I heard they were going to do the drywall in one day I was skeptical . I just figured oh well I can redo it .
