They had a very quick response time when my heater needed diagnostics done. I called them for a second opinion. The technician came and preformed thorough testing of the unit and found a few issues that a different company missed the day before. The office staff that I have dealt with and the technician were all very professional and personable. I would recommend these guys 100%!!!

Terry’s Heating and Air Conditioning does not deserve your business. The unprofessional and unethical sales practices will result in you spending additional money on parts, permits, or through practices with framers. After agreeing to the project, 6 days before install the $16K project suddenly had another thousand dollar price increase.Admittedly I was not happy about the situation, so I went in-store to Terry’s for a refund. I was told a refund was not possible at the time and I would have to wait for the next billing cycle to be paid. On top of this and the icing on the cake is the 5% restocking fee, $540.79! Nice to pay restocking on labor.For the reasons above, and most importantly the unethical practices, I cannot recommend Terry’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

I am a commercial business owner and I have used this company in the past to install a furnace and I was very pleased with their professional work and how they completed the job within a timely manner. recently I requested an inspection on a water heater and they were able to come out the very next day. I continue to use this company because they are timely and professional.

I went into Terrys with a last minute rush I needed and Justin was amazing! He went out of his way and got me the fireplace I needed within 15 minutes! We will definitely use them in the future anytime we can! Highly recommend!!

Terry’s Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic! He answered all my many questions and found the ultimate problem, which other company’s never did! (An Easter egg in the intake pipe… oooops!). They were quick to come out and very professional. I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks, guys!

Would have given a 5 star rating but upon review of the installation I found that the new inlet water line had a severe kink in it. This creates a weak link in the water system, it may not leak today but down the road it will cause a leak, I’m basing this on past experience. I expected a professional installation for the money spent but am disappointed with the end result. Hopefully you will rectify this issue.I will say Terry’s Heating & AC service is great, they deserve 5 stars. After seeing my 3 star rating they immediately called me and set up an appointment. In less then 24 hours they had the issue resolved. I would highly recommend Terry’s Heating & AC.

They were fast and efficient! Turned out to be my pilot light was really dirty even tho we had just did a maintenance clean in the fall but glad they came out so quick to fix it so my kids and I didn’t freeze!

Terry’s has been so good to work with. The maintenance agreement for my Mitsubishi heating/cooling system makes it so easy! They also work on my Heat n Glo propane fireplace.

Awesome service! Cleaned and checked our gas fireplace in the home we just bought. Now I'm confident we can run it safely and stay nice and cozy this winter :) Our tech was kind and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The tech was very friendly. I had two issues with my pellet stove. One it wasn’t shutting down properly. That is fixed however the other was a vibration noise when starting up and shutting down. It continued to make that noise but they came back out and found the problem and is now working properly!

Finally invested in a gas stove. Everyone we had contact with was very professional and friendly. The installation was difficult between the weather and the gas hook-up, it was not easy but they got the job finished in a timely manner and explained everything. Very courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician was very polite, efficient, and attentive. He arrived early and got right to work. Explained things well. The cost of the control board was a big surprise since the unit was just installed this past July and still under warranty. It seems there is always something to pay for even when there is a warranty.

We've had Terry's doing maintenance system checks on our Mitsubishi heating and cooling system for the past 5yrs and they have always done a great job servicing this system. So when our 28yr old pellet went out again we were looking to replace it with a new one and went to Terry's show room. Amber Hathaway came to the house, went over some different stoves and helped us settle on a Harmon that we love. She gave us the bid on install and stove and had it in and running two days later. We are very pleased with install and stove we picked. Thanks Amber for working with us on our Harmon Stove.

Update from original review: Since my previous experience, ToniAnne from Terry's called and spoke with me about this experience. Due to new personnel in the quote and billing departments, the wrong part and quote were sent out which was the reason for the cost discrepancies. I appreciate them owning their mistake and for their apology. It helps restore some confidence if future issues arise.Thank you for reaching out ToniAnne.I'll start with the good. The tech that came out was good and diagnosed the problem and fixed a wire he found while doing the diagnostics. The diagnostic service was $95.00. Upon finding the problem, he stated that the it was likely the ignition control board. This is when he stated that he was quoted from the office that this part would be $860 and change. I don't remember if this included labor, but I don't remember that being a part of it.That's a decent chunk of change so I decided to pay the $95 diagnostic fee and put the repair on hold. This seemed very high to me. I'm lucky to have someone that owns their own HVAC company out of town, so I asked him if he had this part and if not could he get it for me. He did so and told me the price. He also told me that this quote seemed very high for this part. The new part cost me $266.00. I recieved it and installed it easily and my furnace runs great now. What would have been close to a $1000.00 repair if I had just went with what I was told, only cost me $361.00, including the diagnostic testing.This experience has greatly caused me to lose confidence and trust in what I thought was a trusted business not only for service, but honesty. I cannot comprehend why I was quoted almost 4 times the cost of the part. Anyone else would probably have just paid it thinking they didn't have a choice and they needed their furnace working in the winter. I feel blessed and fortunate that I had someone who wasn't looking to make a huge payday off of one part and was honest and fair with me. I hope others can do a little homework before just paying whatever they are quoted. Look for other places that are not looking to overcharge for parts, but more to take care of their customers and earn their trust and use fair business practices for the people they serve.Very disappointed!!

Service was friendly and professional. They were very quick to respond and fix my furnace in 9 degree outside temperatures.Was Sunday so I understood the extra for weekend rates but still thought cost was outrageous for the short time to fix the issue.
