Did not take our concerns seriously with our HVAC system. Did not do anything useful except played with the thermostat like he knew what he was doing.Tech was disrespectful and misogynistic towards my wife. One of the things he said was that HVAC systems can struggle because of the makeup dust in the air from when women put makeup on. He also made misogynistic comments about women and house keeping. Lastly he aggravated our new puppy by asking if he wanted steak fingers and shoved his hand in our dogs mouth.When our system did not improve we put in a 2nd request. We specially asked to have a different tech come out and Western sent the same disrespectful tech. At this point we were so angry we just wanted him to leave so we didn’t engage with him.We didn’t want to say anything publicly but they sent us a bill almost a year after “service.” We have tried working out the bill with them multiple times without success. They don’t follow up with a phone call to resolve the issue and instead send a bill after each phone call.I will absolutely avoid Western Refrigeration and Precision Heating since they are the same company.

I booked an appointment for 1pm on July 8th. At 1:37pm I called because they had not shown up. They did not see the email even though it was confirmed. And since I am under warranty it is supposed to be free.I bought this system for 7k a few years ago.I have had nothing but issues with it.I have had to call techs out to fix it several times, I had to pay as well even though I am under warrantyI was also was told I would be put on a quarterly schedule to have some do maintenance and change the filter this has never happened. I am not satisfied with services or the product at all.

Got there ac unit for 7000 and it's barley 2 years old and it keeps going out and this is the 6th time and we scheduled for them to come out here at 1:30 and it said the appointment was confirmed and no one showed up and when we call they say no one is gonna come out all weekend. So our house all weekend is gonna be at 86 degrees
