I have used Affordable Roofing to repair the roof which my builder put on. They gave always done excellent work and resolved the issues I have had in the past. When it was time to replace my roof, they worked closely with me to get the job completed in a very short timeframe and we were leaving for an extended vacation. The person, Luis, who we met with on the roof quote was there for the actual work as a project manager . All work was completed within the time period promised and the area was cleaned up properly. The roof looks great and passed inspection. Very happy with the outcome.

Affordable Roofing installed a new roof on our home. They were fast and efficient and had an impeccable attention to detail. They installed architectural shingles on most of the house and we opted for metal roofing on some parts as well. It turned out amazing! They also did custom gutters and downspouts to match our new roof, which brought the whole outside of the house together. Huge improvement to our curb appeal!

Affordable Roofing came out and looked at our roofing and siding as we were preparing to sell our home. They went above and beyond and worked with us every step of the way. Our siding had been discontinued and their sales rep personally came by with samples to ensure we had a seamless repair. He even clarified several issues from inspection report that in fact did not need repair and offered significant and detailed narrative in his estimate of what did need repair.

During a storm, a year ago, our B vent cap blew off. I contacted six companies in hopes of getting it repaired. The job was too small and no one was interested in helping us. We had to resort to using duct tape to hold it together. Fast forward a year later, we had another storm. This time rain was entering the ceiling in the furnace area. I got in contact with Guillermo and he assured me that he can get this resolved for us. We met on a Monday to get a quote and the job was completed on Friday morning. I could not be happier with the promptness and professionalism of this company. Guillermo took over the project through a transition period. He handled it flawlessly, dealing with cook county, material, and in the pandemic. I was very impressed by the Team headed by Rogelio. They busted their butts and got a big job done. I counted 8 roofers and didn’t leave until the job was done. Came back to do finishing touches. The custom gutter team was also awesome and seamless 6” gutters were interesting to watch being fabricated on site. Guillermo went above and beyond to put in insulated exhaust lines for the bathroom vents, went and got additional material to roof my shed, and decked me out with black gutters and downspouts. He sent a guy to retrim my skylights from inside to finish them off as well. Rain drop Gutter guards were the way to go!! My neighbors have gutter/roof envy! Thanks Guillermo! I’ve done 2 houses with Affordable and won’t hesitate to use again and again. You won’t be sorry you went with them. TOP NOTCH CONTRACTOR.

The major selling point of this company is the fact the Salesman Tom Pica came the first time and was honest about the roof. Where other's said call the insurance for possible hail damage, he said no, that we a few years of life left. The pricing was great, and service and crew couldn't have been better. They worked with our insurance company to install a new roof on our home after severe storm damage. Shari was very helpful throughout the entire process and was readily available to answer any questions. She helped us choose the best color for our roof and scheduled timely service to get the job completed. She also had all of our gutters/downspouts replaced as well. Affordable Roofing did our roof almost three years ago. We were very pleased then and continue to be pleased. A couple of months ago, we had the windows on our second floor on the north side of the house all leak. Granted, the house is 19 years old. Once again, Isaac came out, checked thoroughly and gave us an estimate. Several weeks later the problem was taken care of. A few days ago, we discovered a leak in our upstairs bedroom. Thinking it was a loose shingle or something, we called Affordable Roofing and Isaac came out once again today. There was a loose seal on the chimney and it was fixed immediately. I can't give these guys high enough praise for the excellent customer service they provide.

I sold my house, and am no longer living in the area. The buyer's inspector found some high water levels in the sheathing. I called Affordable Roofing, and Isaac quickly worked with my Realtor to inspect the problems, which were mostly related to a previous poor installation of a ridge vent and a poor antenna reinstallation. He suggested a cost effective solution, and finished in time for closing the sale. Since I'm no longer living there, I can't speak to how the job was done, but in every other detail, Affordable Roofing has met my expectations.

Used Affordable Roofing to put a new roof on our house two years ago. The guys were great to work with and the project moved along smoothly.Only downside was the gutters. Definitely would not use them for that part of the job again. The gutters have always leaked, weren't sealed properly when initially installed and I couldn't get the office to call me back to talk about the gutter the issues. After multiple attempts and no calls back, I gave up. Will need to hire someone else to come make it right. Still bothers me to look at those things 2 years later!I'd recommend Affordable Roofing for a new roof for sure. If you need gutters as well, probably best to look for another solution.

I can't recommend this company enough. I had a leak coming through the kitchen, they replaced a large section of the roof for a very good price. I also had another leak due to clogged gutters, which they fixed the day I called. Highly recommended! Call these guys if you have any roof or gutter issues!

Affordable Roofing just completed a substantial project at my home, including a new roof (a tear off), replacing 50-year -old gutters, and wrapping soffits and fascia. Isaac, the salesman and project manager, kept me informed throughout the entire process, from the initial proposal in January to being on-site at the onset of each work phase to following up to answer all questions and be sure that I was satisfied with the work. I found all three crews to be excellent at their craft, respectful of my property, and meticulous in site cleanup. A beautiful job in transforming my house! Isaac came over and inspected what I thought to be a vent stack leak above an upstairs bedroom and to my surprise the boot for my vent stack was intact.Isaac looked into my attic and found evidence of icicle that must have formed during this last winter season due to poor insulation (and a room humidifier in that bedroom) that then melted and formed the water damage to the drywall.Isaac explained everything to me, gave me his recommendation for upping the insulation to resolve this problem, left me with a quote for my vent stack boot (it is ten years old and I will need one soon) should I need it.Excellent company, highly recommend and will definitely use them to replace that boot when the time comes!
