I just completed work with an outstanding professional, Mr. George Tyus. George came to our house after a major storm. We had significant roof and siding damage. I was concerned about all of the paperwork involved in getting the necessary repairs, but George calmly talked me through the process and took care of all the insurance interactions.George was always available to us to answer any questions or handle any concerns. He very patiently explained everything.The crew that replaced the roof, gutters, and siding did an incredible job. We are so happy with the way everything looks.I highly recommend American Dream and George. The quality of the products and the expertise of the work crew made this an amazing experience for us. Kevin is a great guy from estimate to completion. The teams of installers are very talented and respectful. Our roof and gutters look absolutely wonderful. We used this company a few years back for our siding as well and it was a hassle free experience also. We had a wonderful experience with American Dream. Barry, came to my house.. offering a free inspection( summer 2019) . After the inspection, he was positive that i have damage on my roof and that they would be able to replace the roof. So they made me call my insurance company that i consent with the inspection and have a CLAIM! All state inspector came and gave me his estimate. He said i didnt need a new roof but some repairs are needed. I called Barry back and told him what All state told me. He ask for the estimate papers from All state. He said he will take care of the rest and try to have them re consider. Well, i gave him a month,, called him again.. he said company is working on it.. I gave him another month.. same thing he is working on it! .. then never called back after that at all. I guess , since they wont be able to replace the roof.. they do not want to do repair job of around lowly $2000.. wow! Ameripro could have been honest in the very beginning, and should have told me that i need some repairs, and that i didnt need a new roof!!! end of the story and not ask me to call my insurance company!!!! Im fine with them sending me to another repair person! But do not force a person to call insurance company, ask for a CLAIM , have them come and see if they approve or not? They should know it right away after a thorough inspection if my roof needed a replacement or not. and if i dont, then be HONEST and say so! Do not force me to ask my insurance for a CLAIM!!! Poor business practices! ....... I am glad .. some people are happy with them because they got approve for a new roof! Im glad they took care of them!.. but for a homeowner that will not be approve, GOODLUCK!,, they will not entertain you after!Service: Roof inspection

Late last summer George From American Dream Home Came to my house and asked if I would like to have a free Hail damage assessment done for my home and garage. Finding Damage George Walked me thru the whole process with them and my insurance to get set up for new roof on house and garage, new siding on entire house , and all new gutters on house.Appraisers were sent from both ADH. and State Farm. Work and price were agreed on and work was done in a swift and efficient manner. The work crews were very friendly and worked hard and quick ,getting the tear offs , installs and clean up done very good and professionally. During the set up time and during construction I addressed George with any problems and concerns i had instead of his office. I just felt real Comfortable working with George, and he never let me down one time always answering calls and showing up at the house to take care of my concerns. He took care of everything from beginning to end and never wavered . He even sat on the porch and made time to talk and never cut me off. This is a very good and professional man and I thank him for everything he did for our home. Ed Curran happy Home owner.

I had great interactions with everyone at ADHI, starting with the initial estimate with Joe Marks. They helped with every step of the way, but I never felt pressured or that they were taking advantage. The roofing crew was efficient and friendly, and the gutters were done so quickly that I don't think we even saw them! The new roof looks great and I recommend ADHI to anyone who needs roof work done!

This was honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. A roof was installed on my house in 2016. The roof (in one area) was installed improperly per a general contractor, another roofer, and my insurance company. It caused several 1,000's of dollars in damage to my home. I need to replace a bathroom wall (wood, drywall, and siding) because of the. careless work that took place. The manager was extremely rude (feel free to listen to the recorded call you have) She instantly stated, "We can file an insurance claim" then tried blaming. it on my home inspector. I have sent photos/had my contractor contact them and the were unwilling to help in the slightest way. I was also hung up on when I asked to speak to someone higher up (she claimed it was an accident). They claim to have "the best warranty around" but it's no longer valid if the house is sold, so its essentially useless. It's a loophole of getting out of doing the right thing. I never even asked them to repair the damaged that was caused inside my home, just the one poorly installed area on my roof. I called a few other roofing companies to ask about their process/as well as drip edge/flashing installation and this is the only one not willing to back their work/send someone to come look at it (even though the website says you offer free inspections). I will continue to try and get in touch with corporate, I don't understand how you can look at these pictures and think this is ok

A man came to my house last week with a contract telling me we should call my insurance together and put in this claim for $35,000. He said if we do this you won’t have to pay a penny and you’ll get your new roof and gutters. When I wanted to take a photo of the contract he pulled it away. I am in Hickory Hills and he was a scam artist!!

American Dream did a great job! We had no idea where to start when our roof began to leak this summer. The team at American Dream set up an inspection with our insurance and we were approved for a roof. American Dream even replaced our damaged skylight. Our roof is beautiful and the best part, no more leaks!!! Thank you to everyone at American Dream.

I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my roof. They handled all of the negotiations with the insurance and completed the work in one day. After completing the work the did an excellent job of cleaning up the worksite. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement work.

I was outside working on my lawn when George from ADH stopped and talked to me about the damage I had on my siding. I told George I'm to busy to get involved with all the insurance work.George called on the spot and set it all up I didn't have to do a thing. George handled everything from insurance to construction I didn't have to worry about a thing. George was at my house every single day making sure i was informed,and that construction was done correctly. George was a man of his word I didn't have to do anything. I'm in construction and I can tell you the quality of work and the speed at which it was accomplished was amazing. I recommend George to everyone .

Door knocker came, introduced himself, I politely said no thank you we have a lifetime guarantee on our roof from our roofing company. That's when he got rude and snotty. Very unprofessional. would not recommend.
