Absolutely ridiculous company. Stay away from these scammers. Our HOA hired them for fix damaged roofs in our community. Initially, they said they will work with homeowners to get insurance claims settled. Never responded to calls from insurance adjuster and wasted whole summer to later back out from working with insurance.They charged insane amount of money in advance from HOA and did a shoddy job. In this severe winter situation couple of homeowners are now having water leaking from roof for which this so called company did the job.I request whoever reading this review please stay away from these fraudsters.

Hammerbrush did the deck for our condo association twice in 2 years and both times the paint peeled and flaked within 3 months. The third time they stopped responding to our requests for a fix after saying their contract was honored, and blew off our complaint to the BBB. Bottom line, if you don’t want your deck to look like this, hire someone else.

Had to leave a review because my HOA hired Hammerbrush to repaint trim on my townhome. They re-installed the address incorrectly after painting the trim. This may seem insignificant but it's a very serious safety issue if emergency services are needed.I did reach out to Hammerbrush and they responded very quickly and offered to fix it which I appreciate but I had already fixed it myself.

We had a fire in our attached garage and were out of our home while they inventoried our losses, cleaned the smoke that did enter the home, repainted 100% inside, replaced carpeting and ceiling tile in the basement. Overall I give Brad high marks for his help as well as Shane, Johnny and his guys. Always helpful to us in keeping us calm. What we weren’t happy with they came back and fixed or changed. Having been in the fire service for 34 years I’ve learned how devastating a fire can be but I would certainly recommend Hammerbrush and hope they would help you as they helped us. God bless them all. This company came to do major repair work on our condo building - the back metal staircase was rusted badly and needed immediate repair. This was a 40K project. The workers never showed up when they were scheduled - which inconvenienced everyone as we had to clean off our back decks so they could work. The work took months instead of weeks we had been promised.The quality of the work was poor. We’ve had to call them back for damage done to doors and windows as they didn’t properly cover these when they were welding. They said the job was done when there was a landing plate that was so rusted it had to be replaced - Hammerbrush had simply painted over the damage.To top it all off the staircase is again rusting one year later.Service: Painting

This company was hired to replace the siding on our townhome. This was such poor work, I'm still conflicted on if this was a lazy and sloppy job or if these people simply aren't trained. They did SO much damage. They used a nail gun resulting in nails being pushed all the way through our walls. Our drywall now need to be repaired and repainted. They completed covered our dryer vent which was a major fire hazard. They broke 2 out of 4 of our windows. They shot nails in them so they are permanently shut. I mean, what kind of company is this. They refuse to fix any of it. Our HOA hired them and they apparently partially own them or something so there's your conflict of interest. Can't wait to move.Service: General building construction

This company performed metalwork restoration on our building's rear external staircases and the front stairs.The job was long and drawn out, it took 4 months for them to complete the job. It often seemed like the project wasn't feeling managed by anyone.Their welders and painters did a lot of damage to our personal property as well as our storm doors because they didn't use drop clothes.There was no remediation of the corrosion and rust that was removed from the staircases. Everything on our rear decks was covered in a find dust of metal filings. There were chunks of rusted metal on our decks and on the ground around the staircases.Less than a year later and the stairs in the front and the staircases in the rear of the building look terrible. Very poor quality work was done. And good luck getting ahold of someone during that 1 year warranty. Our stairs are already rusting and corroding.Dealing with Hammerbrush was a $32k nightmare.Service: Painting

2 years ago they mistakenly painted part of our new composite deck without permission. I and the HOA have been trying to get them to fix the mistake for two years. They keep saying they will fix it, but never do. This has been going on repeatedly for 2 years. The work they performed was also of poor quality. No painters tape was used so paint got all over door hardware and other parts of the house exterior. I also saw them dumping paint and washing brushes in a drainage easement into a storm drain which is not legal.
