Thank you safeguard for helping with my damaged roof. I worked with Igor who not only made the process easy but he was reachable at any time during the day or night when I had questions about my roofing issues. He not only gave me a quote he also reached out to my insurance company to help cover costs for my damaged roof due to weather issues. He communicated with the insurance company while keeping me in the loop about everything that was happening. I was shown samples that were within my budget all of which were great quality. The price was fairly quoted compared to competitors and time frame from start to finish was quick. I recommend this company and Igor for any roofing issues you may have. Everyone was very professional on installation day and they cleaned leaving no mess.

Safeguard recently helped me through roofing repairs after a tree fell on our house during a storm. They led me through the whole process and went to bat for me with my insurance. Special thanks to Dave for handling so much of the communication with insurance, and to Sherry for leading the final push to get my insurance to provide the right coverage and ensure I got full reimbursement for the work. She got it done! I felt like I was well taken care of the whole way, even in the most stressful moments. I have a new roof, gutters and repaired chimney that are doing great.Having said all that, my only gripe is with the cleanup from the roofing and gutters. I managed to clean up what I believe was a significant amount of roofing nails and gutter screws. Obviously much was cleaned up by the crew, but I'm just very happy I learned from my parents roofing job on their house to make a sweep of my own anyway before my kids went running around barefoot.

The Safeguard Construction Team took excellent care of my home. Like many of my neighbors, we experienced excessive hail damage from a storm Memorial Day, 2019. Kevin, Marina, and Sasa took extra care to help us through the process. Kevin made time for me, a traveling business professional, meeting after working hours. They provided weekly communication on the progress and progress of my claim. Kevin and Sasa scheduled everything! Kevin met with my insurance adjuster and made sure that my house was repaired, and we were made whole from all the damage. He is still working on our behalf weeks later, keeping in touch and making sure we are pleased with their service and work.The contractors and subcontractors whom Safeguard works with are 1st class. Their internal roofing team completed the job in 1 day; was kind, courteous, and respectful of my family. The crew cleaned up after the job was completed. Sasa came the day of my roof replacement, answered my questions, and checked on the progress.We have had our roof, siding, and gutter replaced by Safeguard Construction, and I can say with assurance, the members of the Safeguard Team are “best in class.”

This was the first time I ever had to hire someone to do any roofing work, but boy, am I glad to have stumbled upon these guys. Stumbled may not be the most appropriate word, since, truth be told, they were actually recommended by an acquaintance of mine and performed all the work promptly and properly: from the initial and detailed assessment, to actual work, checkups and all the paperwork and administration work that had to be done. Nothing but high praise for the company, and a special shoutout to Kevin, Marina and Igor. They really went an extra mile to make sure the job was done properly and professionally. Not to mention the fact that the amount they eventually invoiced was more than reasonable. They even accommodated our schedule when we needed quiet time for recording. I had repairs to be done to my roof and gutter. The work was not completed as I was quoted. I asked for a different crew as this one smashed my old gutter guards back but charged me for new ones. The owner said, "I was told you were happy with the work " when I wasn't even home when they finished working and left. The same two males came out to complete it after I had to ask a few times. I had to ask for a detailed invoice of what was done, only to get a copy of the quote which was not itemized at all.Note Durban construction does nothing, they send out another company. They left all construction debris on my garden and killed one of my plants. We had some water spots on our ceiling so we contacted about 6 roofing companies and 3-4 attic ventilation companies to try and diagnose our problem. We worked with David from Safeguard and he was the only one from the multiple companies we contacted that was confident and competent in his ability to diagnose our problem.David provided excellent communication with us during our roof inspection and diagnosis, during our appointment, and even after our project was done and we had a few rainstorms to make sure we had no leaks.Prices were competitive. We've used Safeguard for several jobs now, most recently roof, siding, skylight, etc replacement from a 2019 hailstorm. Kevin, the owner, is very professional and responsive, and will come to personally to inspect his crew's work or make fixes. Based on observation around the neighborhood, his crews work very efficiently and complete jobs quickly and accurately, compared to other companies who literally left materials on the driveway for days/weeks. For the recent hailstorm damage, Kevin worked extensively with us and our insurance adjuster(s) to ensure all our damage was fully replaced (probably 20K+ from original "offer"). Safeguard's pricing, while not the cheapest, was very fair and the work and customer service was excellent. I'd rather pay a fair price for competency and great service!

Having researched 3 other siding vendors, Safeguard came up on top with the best value, warranty, and product. But the ease of speaking to them and their extensive knowledge as well as honesty really impressed me.Communication is huge when undertaking a project such as this for an association redoing all its siding. They showed demos of products, walked through what each had to offer and worked within our budget to deliver a top class product.They sent out notices to all unit owners to prepare them for the work that was to be done, they thoroughly cleaned up at end of day so that owners and pets wouldn't step on anything or cause damage. They hauled away all the waste daily which was huge, so we didn't have an unsightly dumpster for weeks!The on site workers and office team were just stellar and I can't wait to have them do our roofs when the time comes.It is amazing to see the transformation, and how beautiful our community now looks with brand new siding! Last year, my husband and I suffered severe damage to our home from a storm. Safeguard repaired shingles, placed new siding, redid our fireplace, and painted. My wife and I worked with Safeguard Construction to inspect our home after a severe wind and hail storm impacted us. We had the pleasure of working with David Blaszak throughout the process and he was EXTREMELY helpful.
