The team did a great job with my project, had 2 structures stripped of the old siding and replaced with new. Very easy contractor to work with, the crews did a great job with the install, and more importantly with the cleanup! I was half expecting to have a lot to do, but everything was put back to how it was. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Francisco and his crew, were on time and have done very professional work. We have used them to replace our roof, all was done in one day. Also I would like to mention that, guys took an extra time and did a good job cleaning after install( picked up all debris as well used magnetic tool to collect all nails) very important since we have 3 dogs and two kids. They already did new roof to our friends by our recommendation and we will keep recommending them to all other friends.

We had Francisco Velasquez quote on our tear down and reroof project. Theirs was not the lowest quote. But when you looked at the low quote what you found was that the low bidders did not include essential components for a roofing project such as the labor needed to install step flashing. Mr. Velasquez worked with us to evaluate exactly what work should absolutely be done in order to get a long lasting roof. We did not replace our roof windows. His team came on time, were extremely professional, very experienced and got the entire job done in two days. There followed safety protocols. They took care not to damage the plants around the house, and remove all the nails. Francisco was very responsive to email and text enquiries. We also had him replace the gutter and do the chimney tuckpointing. He worked with us and I feel we got great value from this company.

Francisco and his team came at short notice to my Edgewater condo to repair/replace rotten window trim and install window capping throughout. Not only were they affordable, friendly and professional, they did excellent work. They also made some minor window repairs free of charge, and came back twice in the following weeks to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

The crew did a superb job replacing my damaged siding. It took us a while to find a close color, but in the end, they pulled it off. While my color is off (not their fault), the siding fit like a glove.Thanks for a great job!

Very responsive and friendly. Did an excellent job and communicated with me during the job of removing a chimney and repairing the roof. I would highly recommend!***update*** After they removed my chimney the owner was kind enough to take a closer look at my roof and found there to be multiple spots of wind damage. He worked with my insurance company and now I have a brand new roof that is gorgeous!! Beautiful work again done professionally and quickly! Highly highly recommend Velasquez Enterprise!!
