Would never recommend this company! They were hired by our HOA to replace the roofs in our community. From the workers themselves to the project manager, they lack professionalism & respect for the tenant's property. My new AC unit (installed in 2022) was covered the first day with a tarp & they proceeded to dump half of the roofing materials on top of it & around the mechanical components to the unit, to the second day not covering it at all but going with the prior procedure from the day before, they only stopped when I called them out on it. Spoke with the project manager on the phone, wanting him to come out & inspect what his workers were doing (failed to show up that day) only to have him call me back & text me harassing messages. He showed up the next day & accused me of trying to "bilk $2,500.00 out of his workers the day before" which truly was a laughable moment because the cost of the AC when I it installed in was 5 grand & to top it off his workers didn't speak English. Totally this is not a company you want to Hire!Service: Roof installation

Wow, Inside Out delivered! They completed a balcony project a long time ago at our property. Owners were having issues with their balconies due to weathering. They came right out to assess the issues. Joel and team refinished our balconies without hesitation. I am impressed by their crew and service. I would definitely use them again for any project. Inside Out provides top notch service for community associations and is above all when it comes to communicating the status of any project.They just did it again! A huge project in one of my communities. The team gave daily updates and I even had a Board of Directors call me to say, "We want these guys doing our roofs now too!" This is a townhome complex. IOC did the exterior painting of one building consisting of 5 units. They also painted some newly repaired siding on a few other units. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves each day. When completed the project manager inspected the work. We will be using them again.

Unbelievable! I manage a 600 unit apartment community with 31 buildings in Lisle, IL. I was referred to this company from our preferred paint supplier and I have been in awe ever since meeting with them. They promised a smooth project, but delivered far more than I imagined. Inside Out provided daily notices to my 600 plus residents, created a daily activity log that on-site management as well as our corporate team could review. They guaranteed a six-week project, but delivered in under five. Vicky, our project manager, was always accessible and happy to walk us through any and all obstacles. This company has a rain shelter! Yes, to my fellow apartment industry peeps, these guys paint grates and any other removable pieces in a trailer...work does not slow down when weather gets questionable.

Top marks all around for Inside Out. Have used Inside Out on three properties now, and the experience has been outstanding. One project was a roof replacement and the other two repairs. They were very responsive, timely and the repairs were done efficiently and at a reasonable price. Eddie in particular is great to work with on the ground, while David is awesome to deal with up front.

There are too many good things to mention that I almost feel bad about leaving details out. We are a small condo on a limited budget. We needed an interior hallway paint update. They were patient as we kept pushing the project back, due to our limited budget. They were incredible at listening to our needs, making the project fit our budget, and communicating during each step. The employees were detailed at taking care of the building and maintaining a clean work space. They were on time and efficient. They were receptive to our feedback and made adjustments. NOISE, ATTITUDE, LITTERThey're working in our complex at this time. Garages are blocked with their vans and if you ask them to remove the van from the private driveway the answer is: NO HABLA INGLES. No hay problema senor, I asked him in Spanish too and the guy just turned his back to me and left. I am sorry I didn't know the towing company's phone number back then. For the next time both the towing company and the police will be called for property violation.They do not take out their garbage, rather throw it on the bushes and on the ground all around the entrance. Now, since the snow is melting, everything is plaster around the entrance.

This company was hired by my community HOA I give a thumbs down their workers , a women from their company that was working on painting my fence at the end of April was on my camera 2 days in the row peeing outside in my back lawn completely ignored my camera an right underneath my 6 year old bedroom window. SHAME ON HER! An her male coworker was acknowledging the whole thing an was being a look out. Pathetic.

I just had to make sure I posted a review for Joel and his team we had the pleasure to work with on a remodel for a housing association in Chicago. 30 plus floors of wallpaper removal- wall repairs, new carpet, new door skins, painting and new wallpaper. I'm on the board of a very large association in Naperville and have been working with Inside Out for years. They have always done an amazing job and kept prices fair and reasonable. Recently they completed a very large project of replacing all of the siding and all of the roofing on all 101 buildings in our community and we couldn't be happier. We've also used them many times for both interior and exterior painting and wood replacement. I would highly recommend Inside Out for any of their services no matter how big or small.

My association hired this company to do work on our roofs, and Inside Out was supposed to leave notices a few days in advance, but they did not. When I was working from home, I suddenly heard all kinds of noise on my house. A guy was on my roof right outside a window with the blinds open. I had no time to prepare for this. They were extremely loud and disruptive when I was trying to work. Very unprofessional to not give people advance notice. Wouldn't trust this company.

The service person was on time for a drywall repair of hole and related cracks in my wall. After inspecting he brought in the materials and tools needed do the repair. He was cautious proper distancing and wore a mask and booties as well as tarping the floor area.The work was done seamlessly, I was unable to find any hint that a repair had been done!The service person was friendly and professional and took time to be exacting and wasn’t just rushing to get it done.A master craftsman of drywall for sure.I highly recommend INSIDE OUT for the high quality of its staff and for work of the finest quality as well. My HOA hired Inside-Out Company to replace the roof on our townhome units. My unit is an end unit so they used my space to keep their equipment. After the fourth day I came out and found they'd placed two large garbage cans and lots of their equipment in one of my plant beds. The garbage cans were on top of, and completely crushed two of my large plants. The rest of the plants in the bed were damaged to the point I had to cut about half of the plants away. The bed was also filled with debris from their lunches: pork bone, banana peel, and other disgusting food, bottle tops, and broken glass. This was in addition to garbage from their materials.I tried emailing their VP of Operations, Tatiana (we were given her email if there were any questions or issues), but heard nothing back from her.I had a roof replaced on a previous single family home I owned, and when the roofing company left, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. It baffles me that anyone would think it's ok to trample and destroy someone's landscaping when you're there providing a service.I would avoid them at all costs.UPDATE: Tom, the Project Manager reached out to me to apologize for the trampled plant bed. He then took the time to dig out the broken glass, and then bought and spread new mulch. He stopped by several times to keep me informed on what he was doing and to make sure I was happy with the result. At that point I would've given the company 4 or 5 stars because, as far as I can tell, they did a great job on the roof, and Tom was truly wonderful to work with and wanted to make sure I was happy. He provided great customer service and follow-up.But...a week or so later when work began on the row of townhomes across the driveway from me - THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN! I went outside and they had equipment strewn across the same plant bed, crushing what little was left of the plants that survived, and their food garbage was laying all over the bed. I immediately reached out to Tom, and he immediately took care of the issue, even going out and buying stakes and yellow tape to mark off the plant bed. My concern is, this shouldn't happen twice. Their workers need to be trained on simple courtesy and respect for their customers' property.Service: Roof repair

You painted my brand new garage door with sign posted. DO NOT PAINT!! You painted it anyway voiding my 10 year paint warranty. I am still waiting for a response from you. I paid extra for that paint warranty.The owner, Emily did respond and I was able to reinstate my paint wsrranty with four new panels that were paid for in full by Inside Out Painting Company.THANK YOU EMILY
