Virgil and Mid-States re-roofed a portion of our building with new sheathing and shingles and on the other building applied a Firestone silicone coating to a rubber roof that was in need of maintenance. That rubber roof was over 4000 ft2. They did great work, had a great crew, were on-time and got the jobs completed according to our agreement. Virgil came and repaired a roof that was improperly installed over 10 years ago resolving all the areas that were leaking. This past summer we decided to redo the whole roof and his crew came and tore down and completed the roof in 3 days on a 4000 sq ft building...His crew was very professional and kept the job site clean and neat! Greatly appreciated when they said they'd be there they were and even earlier in the day than they said they would be and finished the job a half a day ahead of time.
