Replaced stair steps and replaced drywall on ceiling also replaced bath tub and installed new shower stall! Very happy with the finished product! I couldn't ask for a more pleasant personality very professional upstanding contractor! I give him a four star rating!

We paid Ritchie money to have windows purchased back in June, we kept hearing they were pushed back again, so I called the manufacturer of the windows we ordered and was told they were NEVER paid for after Ritchie showed my husband several emails saying the date was pushed back, he even called other manufacturers to see if they had windows ect. When I confronted Ritchie about the time line for the windows we told me he did not know, I said to him you don't know because all this time you have been lying to us about the windows being ordered and they have not. He kept blaming his mom for the reason they were not paid for. So after I had to terminate Burmood from the construction on our house that started back in May he went and paid for the windows and started on another job that night. Please be cautious. On top of all this we asked him several times and made comments about him smoking in the house and he did not honor our wishes.Services: Install flooring, Design, Demolition, General repairs & maintenance, Project management, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation, Consultation, Flooring
