We love our new home! It’s exactly what we had in mind.We knew from Paul’s reputation that the house would be built in a quality way and that he and his team would do a great job.What we didn’t know was how fun and interesting the process would be.The communication between everyone involved in the project and us was amazing, and we felt included and involved in every step.We have been in our house for about a week now, and I keep finding new things I love about it.Thanks to Paul, Debbie, Addison, Elliot and everyone on the team for making this project a huge success.

During the design phase Paul gave us great advice that helped to maximize the value and function of the home. The construction phase went like clockwork. Communication was very effective and efficient. Paul's sub-contractors and vendors were very easy to work with and produced quality work. Building a new home can be stressful, but they have a great system in place to help organize selections, changes, and questions throughout the build which makes everything run smoothly! I would NOT recommend that anyone looking for a "custom" home build with Paul. He is nice and accommodating until you sign his contract. He was difficult to work with, sold us on a service we never received. Our Project Manager went MIA during the process with no notice, leaving us to deal with Lauren and Paul. Lauren knew nothing about our home and made things tougher than they had to.Fast forward to a year after moving in, it has taken Paul 4 months to address the repairs we sent to him in March. They randomly show up, schedule a time and never come back on the scheduled date. The walls still have nails coming out and our hardwood floors are damaged from a leak because of the poor job done with the siding. Paul doesn't have time to follow up on his vendors to make sure these repairs are fixed, but he has time to shamelessly build a home, that he has copied the siding colors from our home that I selected, right across our home! Many of our neighbors have even pointed it out!

Wouldn't recommend...you spend a lot of extra $$$$$$$ and time with lawyers. A lot of problems.
