Pro Exterior was suggested to us by our roofing contractor. After a storm came through and blew off part of our roof and our siding. I reached out and spoke with Joel. The process of replacing all of our siding was made really easy due to Joel’s knowledge regarding products and suggestions. During the install, the foreman offered suggestions and created examples for designs around our windows. After a few years, I noticed a piece of siding was loose. I reached out to Joel and sent a picture, the very next day he had a repair person out to fix the loose piece of siding no questions asked. Again the process was super easy. Very happy with the workmanship and knowledge that this company has. Extremely customer friendly.

Gutter replacement. Had another contractor ghost me after giving a quote and called Pro Exterior instead. I've worked with Joel for small siding repairs through my company and he's very responsive and reasonable with pricing. His guys were great and showed up early and got done FAST. Joel at Pro Exterior Siding went out of his way to ensure I received all the samples I needed to choose the siding color of my new home! He discussed options of siding and trim colors and answered all of my questions to ensure I was comfortable with my selection. His team did an AMAZING installation job! THANK YOU!! I called Joel yesterday and explained to him that we needed to have a few pieces of siding reinstalled on our Church and that I had not had any luck with other contractors I had called. I have used Joel / Pro Exterior for 2 siding repair jobs--one to re-work siding when getting a new roof, and one to troubleshoot another contractor's sloppy work which was causing a leak in our sunroom. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and when callbacks were needed (the second job required 2 attempts to find / fix the leak), service was next-day.

One piece of metal cover at the gable end of my roof was fallen the other day. To fix it, two guys came to my home and fastened it using a ladder (around 25-26 feet high). They completed it in 15 minutes. What they charged me is $100 (which is only for labor), just to fasten the fallen part. They charged me $200 per hour per one person, or $400 per hour per two. Although they were needed to go up to a ladder, $200/hour per person does not make any sense.
