Had Sundown out to replace the roof on our house and detached garage and shop on back. After pulling up old roofing, it was discovered we would need practically all new plywood underlayment. They worked so hard, we're very professional, worked hard and did a stellar job! We will definitely recommend Sundown to anyone and everyone. We are super happy with the work done! After dealing with several local roofing companies that seemed to have trouble returning phone calls and/or texts, I caught on with Sundown Exteriors. From Shawn in the sales office to project leader JP to the entire crew, everyone was professional and prompt.They did the roof and gutter job in under two days, and left my yard, etc.completely clean and neat. The roof and gutters look great.Sundown Exteriors gets my highest endorsement!

I don't typically give 5 star reviews, but Sundown deserves MORE than 5 stars. They replaced the roof on our home and garage. We were immediately impressed from the initial contact. Throughout the entire quote and install process they were extremely professional. Their communications were top notch. On the day of install, the entire crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. We were amazed at how fast the work progressed. After the installation, they were meticulous about the cleanup of our property. They even re-filled a couple of dents they made in the yard with their equipment. To say I'm impressed with this company is a massive understatement. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

This is by far the best home improvement company I have ever worked with. We have had two roofs, siding and gutters and downspouts. There crews are top notch and very professional. Roofing crew worked hard and fast even in 90+ degree heat, did an excellent cleanup after they were done The siding crew did the same type of work and stayed late to finish the job. The gutter crew were excellent worked fast. The management people were outstanding and keep us informed on the work schedule and keep everything on schedule. Well deserving of 5-star rating. I couldn’t be more pleased. Initial inspection and estimate with Ben Thornton was top notch. The crew arrived promptly and got right to work on the roof replacement day. The final walk around and questions was very professional. I purchased gutter guards but they will be installed by a different vendor later on and that’s fine. We contacted Sundown Exteriors to replace our roof. We worked primarily with Ben, Amber, and PJ and we had an excellent experience. Very professional service and communication from Ben and Amber and PJ and his crew did an incredible job on the roof. We had some other contracting issues with another company and had a terrible experience. While Sundown was working with us, they would work around our conflicts and even helped us with questions that came up regarding other problems. Service: Siding installation, replaced GuttersOur experience with Sundown Exteriors met all expectations and, in a couple cases exceeded them. The siding installed was a vertical Board and Batten and required a high degree of expertise. Nelson and the installers provided high quality and timely installation. When I asked them to repair a couple spots in the soffit, not included in the estimate they did so within a day. The project manager, Justin was very responsive in terms of customer service and communication. Justin’s responsiveness in overseeing the project and making sure things were cleaned up is much appreciated. Our house was 50 years old and had some rough spots. We started the effort with Ben who came out to discuss what we wanted and provide an estimate. He was very approachable and understood the work that would be required. Also, Ben was available throughout the entire effort if we needed him. We are very satisfied with the work and highly recommend Sundown Exteriors.Services: Installation, Gutter installation

Sundown did my roof which they did a good job! But they didn't put my gutters on right and now the rain is running in between the house and the gutters and making more rain against my foundation and it's not good there's water Seaping through my foundation. I already had somebody else come fixed them right so I'm not happy with that 😒 so I tried to have them fix it and they argued over it and all I wanted was them to fix my gutters right so the rain goes through them right I have pictures. I just hope you don't do that to anyone else. So thank you for the roof but next time put the gutters on right that's your job.

I discovered 6 months into my little home the roof was leaking. Some seen, some not. I asked for estimates. No one else (3) checked my attic but Sundown did. Bad news, more leaks discovered.They sat me down and discussed what they saw, storm damage in places.NOW HERE IS WHERE THEY WERE INVALUABLE. I'd been told "storm damage" before and when the insurance adjuster came out, they declined it because there was no one to go up on that 2 story roof then to make the case. I later was "dinged" for that.SUNDOWN MET WITH THE ADJUSTER AND THEY BOTH INSPECTED.A large percentage of my roof was covered and we were able to work with the rest so that this 2 layered roof was replaced!What I would have had to do in "patch" no guarantee estimates covered my part.Now after this weekend of heavy rain I realize I don't have that dark cloud over my for my home. It's SUNSHINE despite the rain.Having personnel that meets with the adjuster is invaluable to anyone who doesn't do roofing for a living.

We used Sundown for a new roof and new siding due to hail damage from an August storm. Ben from Sundown did a thorough inspection and talked us through the whole process. He was so helpful to us as we decided what to have done and picked our new roof and siding, as well as getting us all the information our insurance needed.
