Steve and Juan were very professional and cared about my problem and it showed by the level of work performed. Steve showed before and after pictures and went above and beyond the course of the job. His work ethic and professionalism is excellent and I would refer Done Right Roofing to anyone in need of Roofing Repair or installation. I was satisfied. It was quality work by a quality company.

I needed a reliable roofer to inspect my roof and find the source of the water stains on my ceilings. I read reviews on Thumbtack and Google for several roofers that I was considering and decided to go with Done Right. First, I was impressed with their responsiveness as compared to others that I contacted. Second, they utilized technology which allowed me to see the areas of my roof that needed repair, like the flashing, that is, the before and after. Third, the owner was knowledgeable about the type of roof I had and assured me that the issues I had were fixable and that I didn't need a new roof. Overall, it's a chance that one takes when dealing with contractors, vendors, etc., and I took a chance that I could trust Done Right. Responsive, Timely, Professional and Knowledgeable.

As I poured a cup of coffee this morning, I heard a dripping coming from my living room. To my surprise as the wind and rain was raging outside, my ceiling was raining inside. Steve and his team just finished their second job at our three flat in Wicker park. All I can say is that they are who you should call every time. You can expect excellent work every time. They are quick to respond, do great work, and are efficient. Both jobs required they tear up a deck, replace the roof below it, and reassemble the deck. Each project was done in two days each time. Done Right Roofing was hired by my condo association to come out and fix some leaks a unit owner was experiencing. While fixing the exterior they determined that some of the leaks were coming from the roof under the above units balcony, which was mine. They were very knowledgeable explaining to me what was needed to fix the leak the unit owners below were experiencing. With rain in the forecast, Steve and his team came out over the weekend to complete the project of repairing the roof under the balcony. They were very professional and did a great job. My HOA recently engaged Done Right to remediate a couple of tricky leaks our building was experiencing. They were incredibly knowledgable and professional and did great work on that project; enough so that I contacted them again to investigate a different leaking issue in our storage unit. Steve arrived early to meet me and gave me a very thorough breakdown of the root cause of the leak and the required remediation, even showing me some photos of comparable projects he'd done on similar building layouts. I had a chance to talk shop with him generally about his trade and my impression is that he takes a great deal of pride in his work, especially in doing things right the first time. He is root-cause focused and will outline the most thorough, long-term solution which ensures you don't have to return for repeated follow-up projects. If you ever need your roof or gutters taken care of, call Done Right Roofing! They offer quick and efficient service. I called them and they were here the next day. The job was completed quick and easy. Other companies turned me down saying they did not have enough space between mine and my neighbors house to replace my gutters, but Steve and his guys made that work! They even took down an old satellite dish that was left on my house by the previous owner. Great work!

They stopped the leaks that where coming in and I have to say since then there's been a lot of rain and I have no problems with the roof .
