I had an estimate for a door done on September 28th and the person was around 15 minutes late. 2nd issue is, I haven't even got an email yet on how much it's going to cost, I was supposed to hear back by the 20th. What's sad is I even got a loan for the project, however I'm not wasting anymore time with this business. Not very professional in my opinion. Please don't contact me again, I'm not interested in your business.*Update*Thank you for the estimate, oh wait I'm still waiting over a month and a half. I hired a professional business since you couldn't do one thing right.*New update*Did your sale person tell you that I would be willing to get a loan and that he would email about it? I have everything said on camera 😯 so you want me to post the video publicly and see who's telling the truth? Never once got an email or a phone call about an estimate and I shouldn't be reaching out after you would say you would reach out to me? I did say that I didn't have the money for the full project however I did get a loan to cover the full cost. I can post this all on Facebook and see how much business you might lose 😊.

I have called CU Under Construction in the past for roofing,siding and gutter replacement work relating to hail damage. We were so satisfied, we called them for some remodeling--replacement of french doors which ended up being a bit more work than we thought because we needed to replace framing and one support beam and they did a great job diagnosing and addressing the issues. I trust their diagnoses, workmanship and expertise. Everyone we have dealt with was helpful, skilled and did a great job. Most recently, we had a dishwasher motor leak cause water to leak into our cabinet boxes. Upon removing the damaged cabinet boxes, they found damaged drywall, kept us and our insurance adjuster informed and did a great job. They were on time, professional, friendly and skilled. They listened to specific concerns I had and then replaced the damaged drywall, cabinets while taking precautions so as not to cause any health issues for our family members. Through no fault of theirs, a countertop arrived damaged and so they made sure we could use our kitchen until an undamaged countertop arrived. I can't thank C-U Under Construction enough for the beautiful job they did on our new multi-level composite deck. From the first consultation until the completion of the whole project, I was given excellent customer service and communication. Tyler had a can-do attitude when I told him about my ideas, and he made our vision a reality. He was able to present a 3D design and exact price quote, which other companies we spoke to would not offer for this complex design. Landon, our project manager, went above and beyond to handle all of the details and provided above and beyond communication throughout the project. Jeff and team were meticulous about every detail of the construction, and the workmanship is superior to anything I've ever seen. Every single employee, from the electricians to the guys who picked up the equipment, were wonderful and professional. The finished project and the whole experience exceeded our expectations by far. We have already signed up to have our next project, new siding, completed by the C-U Under construction team. MY HOUSE HAD FLOODED!! I called a construction company in town that was doing a lot of advertising since they merged their business. They did come out and talk to me about doing repair work but I couldn't get them to return my calls with additional questions. If I couldn't get them to return phone calls, why would I want to do business with them?Someone had suggested contacting C-U Under Construction. I had no experience with them and no knowledge of their reputation in CU. It turns out that their were an excellent choice to do what I needed to get my home back in pre-flood condition.ADDISON BOYD came out to see what I needed. He was very pleasant and highly experienced. He thought of and suggested things I might consider for the repairs. As I had no experience at flood repair and insurance claims his insights were extremely helpful. I sensed his customer care and felt he was concerned with the correct kind of work needed and the quality of that work. I read reviews on C-U Under Construction showing just those standards.Their company took over coordinating old flooring removal, furniture move out and in, floor installation with Flooring Surfaces and carpentry work. Having them tie all 3 functions together and seeing to all the details was huge for me. It gave me ONE COMPANY to deal with!!For any wood working be sure to get RANDY/CARPENTER for wood work trim out. He has a high standard of work excellence and he knows what you need even before you do. He makes sure your woodwork is professional.Finally, the Project Supervisor TYLER CROWL, he kept it all flowing together in a timely and professional way. If something needed his review, his people were right on the phone with him. He always stopped by to check on the project, answer questions, check for quality and see to any detail that needed smoothing. He can even calmly handled a stressed out homeowner! He was quick to answer any texts and phone calls. He made you feel like he had time for your needs and that you were an important customer for them. Tyler Crowl was my project manager and he was super. I had some health issues that created some unique requirements. Tyler was able and willing to accommodate all of my special needs. He even went above and beyond for me on some of those needs. He seemed masterful at coordinating the different work crews to be at my place at the right times, so as not to be in conflict with each other. There were a couple of days at the end of my project that required more than one work crew to be working at the same time. When that happened, the work crews were very accommodating to each other. There was no " how can you help me" , but rather, " how can I help you " to get the job done. A big shout out goes to Nate, Randy, Ryan, Korbyn Fatammia, Jacob, Owen, Brandon, Mark, just to name a few. Chad Detamore was my initial contact with CU Under Construction. He came to my place to see what I wanted done and to then work up an estimate. He worked with me from start to finish to see that the project stayed on budget. Kudos to Chad for all of his work, that resulted in my project actually coming in under budget. That's right, UNDER budget. Courtney and Christina were very helpful in keeping the communications, with regards to any changes I wanted done, and the resulting cost difference, open. CU Under Construction has been fantastic to work with! Have used their HVAC service and couldn’t be happier. I purchased an ecobee thermostat and my set up only had 4 wires and the ecobee called for 5. I hired CU to come out and replace the wire and they had an alternative solution for the wiring which saved me hundreds of dollars! On top of that, my sensor that I purchased with the ecobee was bad and they took it for me and filed a warranty replacement on my behalf even though I didn’t purchase the unit from them. I’m a customer for life!

Jeremy Janes and CU Under Construction did an excellent job on rebuilding a chimney and replacing my roof and decking in April 2020. I was referred to CU Under Construction by several friends and contacted them for an estimate on a complete rebuild of my chimney due to water damage. Jeremy was very responsive and had an estimate back to me quickly. While he was inspecting the chimney he found hail damage on my roof and worked with my insurance company directly to get my entire roof and decking replaced and fully covered by insurance. It was incredibly smooth and low stress thanks to Jeremy's attention to detail. I have worked with contractors before and none have left my house as clean as CU Under Construction when they left! Jeremy was responsive, communicated often, highly professional, followed through on exactly what he said they could do, and managed the project well so that I have full confidence in the quality of the work. The next time I have a project for my house, Jeremy is the one I trust to help me figure it out. I highly recommend Jeremy Janes and CU Under Construction.

CU Trade Services recently put in a new AC unit for our rental house when the old one suddenly broke. They came fast when we needed help and all the employees we dealt with were great.We also just had new countertops installed in our kitchen we purchased through CU Under Construction. Again, we couldn’t have asked for better service and the templater and installers did a super job and were very nice guys to deal with.

I had roof hail damage from a freak summer storm. Zach made the process simple, painless and extremely easy. The office staff was always on top of things and informed me about deliveries and when they expected to start the project. During the project the crew worked quickly, efficiency together. Zach, the sales rep, stopped by 4 or 5 times during the project checking in to see how things were going. I ended up needing all new sheeting, Zach reached out to my insurance agent for me and worked with him to pay for the sheeting. Overall I was VERY VERY pleased from the beginning of the quote to the completion of the job. I would recommend these guys to my friends, my family and to ANYONE.Service: Remodeling

The craftsmen at C-U Under Construction, especially Jarrod, did a wonderful job on re-creating my master bathroom. They are very professional and did a meticulous job. This was especially difficult with the Covid pandemic and the unexpected delays that brought to the project so although the project took longer than expected it was completed to a beautiful finish that was worth waiting for.

Called to get estimate for an addition. They were 25 days out for coming by to measure and see the project. They arrived on said day in early May, with 2 gentleman. They took all measurements and my wishes and even took pictures of the site and pictures of siding for color and style. All that went good. I asked how long it would take for an estimate. He said 5 days and he also stated we have done a lot of these and knows exactly what I am asking for and how to bid it. Nothing from them after 10 days. So I called and had to leave a message. Never returned calls. Called again to leave message after 3 or 4 days of not hearing from them. It is now Aug 18 and still no estimate or phone call. Their commercials are false and I would not recommend them.

Excellent home visit for electrical review and estimates for multiple projects. After that it was less than acceptable. It took multiple phone calls and weeks to receive an estimate, that was not anything close to what was requested. We responded with our original request and never heard from them again.**EditAfter posting this we received a phone call and an apology. An employee issue had been at fault and they resolved the issue. Offered to revisit our projects within 48 hours. Thank you.

The service and price were both excellent! Our AC went out during 110+ heat wave and they came out within 6 hours of calling for an appointment. Andrew from CU- HVAC was very professional and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again!

We were referred to Ryan (the owner). He was great prior to & even during the on site visit of our home addition. He said they could get the job done in 4 days. Just as someone else stated about having issues with the estimate, so did we. He said he’d have the estimate to us on Thursday, Friday at the latest (he came by on a Wednesday). We heard nothing so we reached out to him late Friday & he said it would now be Saturday, Monday at the latest. Of course, we heard nothing Monday so we reached out & he didn’t respond. We reached out Tuesday & he didn’t respond. Ignoring potential customers who are having to reach out to you because you didn’t adhere to your word is incredibly unprofessional. Communication & reliability are 2 very key parts in a working relationship, especially when you are entrusting someone with your home. If fulfilling the promise of an estimate is too difficult, how could they be entrusted to actually get the job done? What a waste of everyone’s time.

They were very prompt at addressing a leak coming from somewhere on my roof. Their diagnosis was to replace a large patch of roof, where they claimed the leak was coming from. Two weeks later, the leak continued from the same spot on the ceiling and they claimed it was from a different spot around an exterior window. Two more visits/ assessments later they did a water test and found the leak was from around the window all along, and roof patch/ replacement @ $700 was not even necessary! Now they want me to pay more for the “new leak!”
