Everyone at Freedom Roofing and Construction exceeded my expectations. From my first meeting with Matt, until the last conversation we had, he was honest, answered all of my calls and texts, and was transparent all the way through the process.He was present at my home several times during the day that my roof was installed to make sure that things were getting done in a timely manner. The guys installing the roof had to work overtime to get my roof installed before the rain came and they were friendly and did a fantastic job with the installation.The guys did a great job cleaning up after the installation as well.The morning after the installation, I called Matt with a few questions and he said, “I’ll be over in 10 minutes.” That is top notch service!Nick who handled the financial aspects of the project was prompt, very professional, and kept me informed of any changes that had to be made right away. The owner of the building I work at had a new roof put on towards the end of last year. I have found nails and other roofing material in our parking lot and grassy area over the past few months. Nick and Adam at Freedom Roofing were very responsive to the building owner. They went as far as contacting me personally to let me know that they would be out the same day to do another magnet sweep. Great customer service by Nick and Adam, very responsive, and respectful.

Years ago, before we bought our house, the former owners had Freedom Roofing do some work on the roof. Unfortunately, mistakes were made at the time, but when we, as the current owners of the house, came to Freedom Roofing with the issues from their last repair, they came out and fixed the issues, no fuss! The company didn't even have to technically, as the warranty had expired, but they take pride in their work and if they make a mistake, they make it right. As humans, it is expected that we won't be perfect but it is how we correct our mistakes that define us. Freedom Roofing takes pride in their work and strive to do their best for their customers, no matter who they are. I would absolutely recommend Freedom Roofing for all your roofing needs!

Wonderful continued support. We had our roof replaced by freedom roofing a few years ago with no issues. Since then they have provided top notch follow up support- very responsive to come back out when major storms in our area led to my vent boot needing to be resealed, great coordination when I wanted to take out my sky light. They work effectively and safely which I appreciate. I also like that they take and send photos of the work that they do. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

5 Star Company!!! These guys are honest, reputable and they do great work. From helping me fight with my insurance company to get my roof replaced due to hail damage to the final install, they were right there helping. Installation was quick and they cleaned up so good you wouldn’t know a roof was put on. Kurt the owner is a stand up guy. He runs a great crew. Please call them for your siding and roofing needs. Despite the inclement weather, the FR Team provided an estimate fairly quickly and completed the project shortly after. Their work was outstanding, and they were very courteous. We had Freedom come out to fix our roof initially 2 years ago after we found a small leak by our chimney. The initial repair lasted about a year when we eventually had to call them back (I believe there was a separate issue they diagnosed on the second trip). Just last week we called for the same problem! My wife and I were quite frustrated. They sent a crew out on Tuesday to inspect followed by another crew on Wednesday to do the work. They darn near reconstructed our roof and chimney! They even went one step further and did it for free since this was the third attempt at it and we had already paid for the first two. I was going to give them 4 stars but the customer service they provided my family is definitely deserving of 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Great company to do business with.I had my roof replaced by them in 2019 and recently reached out to them regarding some issue with an area of my roof that needed repairs. They sent out an assessor within few days and promised to get the roof fixed as soon as possible. This being winter and weather not cooperating, it took them a while to finally get it done but Nick and Matt kept me informed and assured me that they would take care of everything as soon as the weather permitted. They came on a Saturday morning and fixed everything as needed and also did a walkthrough to ensure no repairs were needed elsewhere on my roof. Since I initially purchased a Golden pledge warranty, all the repairs were covered and I didn’t incur additional cost. I’m very happy with this company’s services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

**WARNING** DO NOT LET ABC SUPPLY COMPANY DRIVE THEIR DELIVERY TRUCK ONTO YOUR DRIVEWAY. Their truck is too heavy for residential driveway support. Freedom Roofing contract excludes them from liability damage however ABC Supply Company did submit a damage claim to their insurance who was unwilling to restore the driveway in condition it was before damage. Cottingham & Butler Claims Services offered to patch the driveway however dissimilar shades of concrete were not an acceptable solution. A settlement for adequate consideration has been finalized.Service: Roof installation

Every part of our experience with Freedom Roofing was exceptional. After I placed the call earlier this year, an inspector was quickly sent out, and a detailed quote for roof/gutter replacement was delivered. Amazingly, the roof was on and done in about one and a half days. Pricing was reasonable, and the warranties associated with the work inspire confidence. Roof replacement can be inherently invasive, but the folks at Freedom do an excellent job of preparing you for the work and coordinating the timelines/invoices. I've had more calls from Freedom Roofing during this job to coordinate details than I ever would've expected, and it really shows their aptitude for planning and consistent delivery of quality service. Matt expertly explained the entire process of replacing my storm damaged roofing and gutters and answered every one of my four pages of questions! The workers completed the job quickly and efficiently. The new roof/shingles are beautiful! The crew cleaned up and left the yard immaculate. The communication with Matt and Nick was exceptional! Very poor quality of materials used for a shed in high wind area. Blew off after the second big wind storm. Very poor craftsmanship on top of cheap materials.
