My family highly recommends NRC!Our roof experienced damage from a hail storm and tornado.From the initial contact and inspection, Jay and Niko were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and never made a promise they didn’t keep. They were not misleading in any way: they explained the process, and gave me responsive contacts who followed up with me (Angela). Angela also answered all my texts and kept me informed throughout the entire process.Wes showed up and advocated for us with our insurance company, even after the insurance company canceled and rescheduled last-minute twice!Jerry set a convenient appointment to come to our home and explained the insurance benefits and our options and all costs involved. He sat with us answers all our questions, and took us around the home to show us exactly what work would be done.The crew came when they said they would and as promised the work was completed (and cleaned up afterward) the same day. We were contacted to make sure the work was done and we were satisfied.I can’t recommend them enough!Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Wanted to get a new roof, they came to our house walked on the roof and we signed a contract same day. Work was going to start in 4-6 weeks due to weather.The Work was never started we call to find out why and they tell us they don’t do town homes, after they already walked on it and told us they could do it and had us sign the contract and everything, we paid for it and never got our money back. Never got our roof done.Please beware if you have a duplex or townhome they don’t do that and won’t tell you! They will trick youService: Roofing
