Front concrete stairs were cracked by another worker but Stacey guaranteed he can do the repairs without a complete teardown He did the repairs, but soon after the repairs the stairs started to bubble, then cracks started, then the worse started to peel and Crack more. The side is of the house cracked too. I have called and email him and still he did not come back out and it has now been over a year. I was told he did not allow the mix to set or dry

I'm sorry to say that Stacy and Ace Quality Roofing let us down. We hired him to do roofing work and some masonry work as well. He completed the roofing job but did NOT finish the masonry. Worse still, it turns out that he's not licensed to do masonry work at all. He reinstalled multiple lintels on our apartment building. Now we need to have someone re-do the work. He said we could discuss a partial refund but we've been unable to get him on the phone for the past month (other than a few quick text messages) to clear this up. He has said multiple times that we could talk but there's no follow-through.Update 3.13.2023: The roof repair that supposedly offered a "7 year guarantee" about a year and a half ago, has failed. The roof is leaking into a unit. We are concerned we are going to lose a great tenant. Stacy keeps saying he'll go but is apparently too busy. He's been saying this since March 1st. We need this fixed now! We are concerned about mold and active leaks and just can't seem to find the time. It's clear that his fix that we paid many thousands of dollars for was not complete. Another roofer told us we need many thousands of dollars of more work. Not sure what to say, but again, this is not how responsible contractors work.Service: Roof installation

Hired Stacey and his team to tear off my old roof and install new roof on my 2 flat. They were very professional and great to work with. They came out and quoted right away and got started promptly as soon as we signed the contract. We ran into some unexpected problems when we tore off the old roof and Stacey walked me through everything and provided options for solution all while keeping me as close as possible to the initial quoted cost. After giving me an estimate, contractor disappear for almost a month. It seems all information collected last time during the estimate was apparently lost and new pictures needed to be taken. When I asked few polite questions, Contractor was extremely rude!

I first hired Stacy through Thumbtack in the Spring of 2021 to fix two broken and loose steps on my patio. He responded quickly and fixed both steps for ~$400. It went downhill from there.Fast forward to spring 2022, and the two steps he fixed were loose again. In April 2022, I contacted Stacy again. He responded that he would be able to come and repair both steps. Then for the next 5 months, he failed to show up. I repeatedly texted and called him, and each time he had some excuse as to why he couldn't come, was too busy, or had failed to show up at the agreed upon time. Shame on me for giving this guy so many chances. I've learned my lesson and will never use him again. I cannot recommend AGAINST using this company strongly enough. Stay away!

Had our roof repaired in Spring of 2021. As of September 2021, roof began leaking again. Was supposed to be under warranty, but after multiple attempts, Ace did not come to perform the necessary repairs and uphold the warranty. Kept delaying showing up even though we communicated that the leak was causing issues in our master. Finally, gave up and went with another roofing company who had to redo the purported repairs done by Ace. Would not recommend.Service: Roof repair

My experience was great! They did an amazing job and in a very timely manner. I was having issues with water leaking and they were able to pinpoint the problem and do it the correct way after it had been done incorrectly. They also redid my front stairs which were needed. Very reasonably priced and professional. I would recommend Ace Quality to anyone in need of services related to tuckpointing and brick work

I had a great experience working with Stacy and the team at ACE. They are excellent communicators and very clear on what will be done and the expected timeframe. Also, it was so nice but they did not nickel and dime me when there were small other details that needed to be taken care of. They managed the whole job and did whatever it took to get the job done right. I used them for Tuckpointing and painting on the exterior of my condo building. Then, I went back to use them again for my foundation repair work. Great guys!

Reached out to this business to get a quote for my roof. Told me to send him pictures of my home and he would get back to me. Had to reach out again to him since he forgot what we talked about on the previous call. We made an appointment for them to come out and see what the problem was only for him to not come without any notice. I reached out again to him to see why they were not coming only to have him again ask what the issues were. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

I have a rental house, 1920's Bungalow near 35th and Western. Front concrete stairs had a lip break off. Called three potential vendors, two were unresponsive or only talked a good game, but no action. Finally called ACE, and the owner answered the phone. Immediately I got the sense that ACE was a true company with a team of professionals. They scoped the original, we agreed on a price, and I agreed to pay them 50% upfront, 50% when they were done and I reviewed their work. During the job, ACE sent photos of other potential issues that I was unaware of at the house, we agreed on a fair price, and ACE took care of it same day. ACE trusted that I would pay them, I trusted they would do good work and it was Win-Win. Calls, TEXT, Photos all helped keep communication open and direct, which I truly appreciated. ACE was not rushing through a job but rather truly trying to provide a service. Thanks ACE team, and Stacey.

Wanted to get my chimney sorted out before it became a bigger issue with the freeze/thaw cycles that the winter brings. Stacey came out quickly to help assess the situation and was able to get a crew out in a few days to knock it out before the weather turned too cold.Work looks awesome, very happy to have the peace of mind before wintertime, as is my neighbor, who would be the real loser if my chimney had come down onto his roof!!!

I got an estimate for an over $14K job, but they suddenly claimed they don't take credit cards. I contacted them because Google, Yelp and other pages claimed they accept them. When I asked the final questions on 11/13/2020. I confirmed the price they quoted included tax and everything. He says yes. My last question was; you do take credit cards, right? He says no, if we do then we charge you tax; I'll check with my partner. I texted to confirm the following week so I can hire them. I checked Yelp , Thumbtack and others claim they take credit cards. Now he says they do not. Very shady.

I had issue with ledge which needed to be repaired, was lose needed masonry work, other cement as well which he nicely repaired while over. Also never knew about water proofing the area. Im planning on having driveway water proofed. Very happy and relieved i won't have issues. Will be using this company again.
