Always get my roofing materials from here. Might be a bit pricier than Home Depot or materials but they tend to always have things in stock. My GC suggested I use this place for my siding replacement (pewter gray)

I wouldnt bother to step in this place anymore, that’s my experience . They were dishonest with me , at least the guys in the warehouse.I bought 6 hardiboards, when it was time to put them up (2 days after I bought them) I noticed 3 of the boards were really scratched up, one of them was full of sand and debris.I called them right away to let them know and they told me to bring it in for the manager to see it, it took me another 3 days to do that , cuz I was out of town with work and the manager tells me that they can’t do anything about it, since it’s past 6 days since I ve bought them.In my opinion those 3 boards were returned and the warehouse guys took advantage of me not being present when they put in the van, that’s what happend,If you are still doing business at this place you should be eyes and ears to every piece of material that you buy cuz they will push it under your nose, if you don’t pay attention. Next stop Consumer Service in Chicago and BBB, maybe that will teach them to take care of their customers better

Rude sales people . The manager does not have a time to leave his office to resolve the delivery or sale issue. His name was Math. I asked to add 27 sheets of Hardi sidding to the existing order. I was told the the delivery is not an option for that small order. I have always problems with these people. This was a last time I purchased anything from them. Arrogant sales people. They make you feel that you bother them and you take their precious time. What a joke ....

They do not seem to value any customers regardless of how much you pay them every month - every time I go in there I wait for a very long time, and they even call out to their friends in foreign languages to skip me in line. Utterly disgusted with the service here. Unless you have all day to wait avoid at all costs or just drive to Arlington Heights. They're top-notch over there. This location is just run terribly and always seems to have been.

I bought any materials here,. Not good day for me. The guy gave us a broken thing. Just i asked if they can give a new one. Then he got so mad .. I recommend you guys. Be more polite with the customers. Becuase ,if the customers don't buy, the company can't pay you. 😞😞

Used to be a solid group of people working here. Now they are just rude and unhelpful. Three of the warehouse guys were just standing around and laughing. One of the office staff who i ask for some help from was just indignant.

I went in with my husband and asked the woman at the customer service desk if they carried the siding from our home that needed repair and the women was rude and seemed uninterested. Roughly 3 minutes it took her to get us to leave. Horrible service.
