I was dealing with Ronnie on a roof replacement project which got damaged by hail. The initial conversation was straightforward and right to the point. He was very prompt when it came to keeping all the appointments and responded right away when I had a question or concern. As a result of all his work and effort the claim was approved by the insurance company. The installation was done by the professional crew and was completed in 2 days.Highly recommend!

We had a roof and gutters installed, and had a great experience. They were very professional, and knew exactly what to do. Raphael and Kamil were friendly and knowledgeable and helped take care of all the paperwork. The crew was friendly, courteous, and did the job in a timely manner. They even protected my flowers, and did a great job cleaning up! Best of all, we didn't have to pay our deductible!I would highly recommend Big City Construction based on their professionalism, work quality, and customer service.

I used Big City Construction for a brick job for a 12 units building and my point of contact was Miguel. I couldn't have been happier. Their price was almost half of all the other estimates that I received, the crew was amazing and the quality of the work is outstanding. They finished the job fast so I can go along with the roof repair and were carefully to wrap and protect the roof during the rain. Excellent job guys!!!

Big City Construction replaced our 3,600 square foot home roof and 2100 square foot barn roof in August 2022. We are extremely pleased with the customer service, quality craftsmanship, and professionalism we received throughout the entire process. When we contacted Big City Construction, our estimator returned our call the same day and was out to our property shortly afterwards to take measurements. He was extremely easy to work with and provided us with a competitive bid given the height and complicated nature of our roofs - especially on our home. Included in the bid were options for forty verses 50-year shingles as well as fifteen verses 30-pound felt, which allowed us to get the best value for our investment. We really appreciated that level of detail in the bid. And best of all, he answered all our questions throughout the project thoroughly and in a timely manner. The office staff were quick to both email and send hard-copied versions of the proposal contract and later the invoice and payment options. In other words, there were NO surprises. The crew arrived at our property on time each day and worked extremely hard to complete the tear-down, felting, and shingling on both buildings in only five and a half days! They stopped working only to take a 15-minute break at 10:00am and a 30-minute lunch at 12:30pm. The crew was extremely respectful of our property and privacy while onsite, cleaned up at the end of each workday, and conducted themselves professionally during the county inspections. In fact, when the inspector came to do the final after the crew had left, he told me how impressed he was with the quality of the work performed by Big City Construction. Several neighbors have stopped by and commented on the beauty of our new roofs, and we have already recommended Williams Roofing Company to several parties. If I were to give Big City Construction a letter grade, it would be AAA+.

We had our roof replaced with Big City. The sales representative was very knowledgeable both in the product and the insurance process. The crew (Raphael, Miguel, Jorge, Vince, Mike and Rich) were professional and courteous and were on site promptly every work day. They paid attention to every detail, making sure the tear off and replacement process went smoothly. They took the time to address any and every question and provided detailed photos of every step of the process. The materials are high quality as was their expertise. Many of our neighbors have had their roofs done by Big City after seeing our results.

What can I say about Big City Construction other than I am very pleased with all aspects of their home repair and contracting services. I remember well the wind and hailstorm damage that caused us to lean on insurance to repair our home and garage in Oak Forest. We had widespread wind and hail damage on our three roofs and aluminum siding. I was out of work at the time and had time to look for, and compare, the best repair contractors out there. I spent a lot of time doing so. I had contacted six contractors and narrowed the field to select Big City Construction of Chicago. Big City's record and their large city and suburb exposure, and experience was superior to the others. I liked their aggressive approach on insurance claims to aid and help the homeowner. I felt they had an edge over the competition with overall knowledge of both the insurance business and the construction options available to me. My representative, Josh Anton and his team, negotiated with the insurance company to finalize the scope of work and to minimize my costs due to deductibles and construction add-ons. Josh went beyond his time and duties to explain things and I ended up with a fair and respectable price. Big City Constructions workmanship can only be applauded. These were a group of professional and polite roofers, siding professionals, and an aluminum detailing crew that gave my house a new and improved look. I had many neighbors I had compared myself to with their storm repairs. Yeah, Big City did the best of all!!

Home Advisor referred me to Big City Construction for a roofing repair estimate. Big City called me to set up an appointment and gave me a 2 hour time frame, 12:00-2:00pm.NEVER SHOWED, and I was unable to contact them when confirming the appt. after waiting till the last minute. They never answered the phone, WASTED MY TIME, but I guess that's how they do business!So I give the site HOME ADVISOR A ZERO STAR AND BIG CITY ...WELL good luck, your business integrity is garbage.

Don't go to this company. My husband did a concrete job in oak lawn as a subcontractor for Mr Adam back in the spring of 2017. Mr Adam refused to pay and made excuses that damages to lawn had to be repair due to Bobcat while doing job. My husband as professional as he is offer to do it himself. Mr Adam instead went out and about contracting someone to do the job and claiming a high amount for repairs. Once repairs were to be done Mr Adam stated to pay my husband the balance of work that he owe. Till this day MR Adam never pay my husband so far taking a lost. Don't go to this company Adam is a scammer. Now the owner will be at risk to get a lien on his property.
