I used Billdr to renovate my investment property before I sold it. It was great because they had a project manager to find contractors, show the property, get multiple bids, and keep me in the loop on progress while I was not in town. Chris basically ran the entire project with me remote! The entire process of understanding the costs to finding a contractor was very seamless. They were able to complete the renovation very quickly - and were able to accommodate potential buyers coming in for viewings as well. I never heard of a service like this before but I can't recommend it enough if you need to do construction while you are out of town!

Had an overall great experience with the Billdr team.It's an interesting service that can be summed up into two parts:Part 1 - Get help planning the scope and estimating the cost of the work you're looking to doPart 2 - Move forward with a particular contractor in Billdr's network while Billdr oversees the work as a project managerWhile we ended up not moving forward with Part 2 (the price of everything is high these days, not just with the quotes we received, so we needed to rethink the home renovation work we want to do), we were happy with the service we received from Billdr.

We used Billdr to renovate my parents condo before they started renting it out, and were very satisfied with the experience. They handled the whole renovation process for us - we were able to get quotes from contractors, approval from the city and the association, and visibility into the construction process and the whole project only took 6 weeks! Highly recommend for peace of mind.

Awful all the way around. They recommended we hire a contractor, so we did. The contractor took $65,000 from our HOA and left us with our property in ruins. We were told they would assist us in completing the project, but we received no assistance. When I asked for the fee they took from us back, since they did nothing for us except cause more problems, we heard nothing back. Awful, Awful, Awful.
