I would highly recommend this company for three reasons: 1) very reasonable prices, 2) fast turnaround and 3) responsive to inquiries and punch list items. They completed three jobs for me that I was very happy with: 1) upgraded electrical service, 2) chimney and basement brick repair and 3) roof repair. The most recent job was the roof repair. I contacted them on a Wednesday morning and they had a quote in less than an hour. That same evening my roof was repaired - it went from very wet to very dry after a most recent thunderstorm. Not a professionally run business. After receiving a free estimate (contractor came to my house after getting a ride from his girlfriend while she waited outside in the car) He had no company car or truck...Hhmmm??/He gave a good price for a ton of work that needed to be done, On two separate occasions, he didn't show up as scheduled and didn't call. He never started the job, then after I tracked him down, he claimed that his tools were stolen from another job site. Then he stated he wanted to be paid 100% up front before starting the work.No written contract, no letterhead, nothing in writing, just give him the money and let him disappear. After I protested the terms, he stated maybe I should get someone else, all this after a wasted 2 weeks.Seems like I dodged a bullet and a scam. CUSTOMER BEWARE!.
