We called Chicago City Roofing to fix a leak on our flat roof. They were responsive to get the business and claimed a 6 month warranty. We ended up having a much worse leak when they left and damage to our house. When we reached out for them to come repair their work, Nick and the Owner came once and confirmed that they needed to further repair their work. After that visit, they stopped responding to texts and calls, and have not come by since. I am reaching out to another roofing company at this point - terrible service and they don’t stand behind their work!

Had a great experience with this company. Bought a gut rehabbed home in fall 2022 and had some roof issues to clean up from the inspection process. Nicki and crew were very responsive, thorough, and worked hard to help us identify the extent of work and then address it once we negotiated a credit from the seller. Do not go here. THEY HAVE BEEN INVOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO. They were supposed to fix a leaking condo roof and it starting leaking again within months. They ignored my emails and phone calls for months since they "warranty" their work. Lastly, all the reviews on here were paid for. They offer you an Amazon gift card to write a review the same day they work on the roof.Service: Roof repair

Nicki was great. He responded to the inquiry onsite within a day, provided a fair quote and had his crew out to perform the repair work within 3 days of reaching out (over a weekend). I had ice dam near my gutter and was leaking in my bedroom. I called Chicago City Roofing and Nick showed up the next day. Very professional and polite! He quickly had his crew come out and shovel all the snow and ice from my flat roof. They repaired the roof and installed some heating coils in my gutters and downspouts. I was impressed. I have a 2 flat building with a rubber roof, and had it repaired in the past. it held up for about 2/3 months then a small storm and i seen water stains and a small bubble on my ceiling. I called back and was told they will be coming back to do some repairs but never showed. so i call Chicago City Roofing, Nick and his crew was awesome. they arrived on time and got the work done RIGHT! if i knew any better i should’ve hired Chicago City Roofing and save money.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair
