Nico and his crew from Grace Construction did an amazing job on my roof, they explained everything in great detail and let me know exactly what needed to be done on my roof. They arrived at my house on time, and they worked until the job was done! They cleaned up all the debris and old shingles, and went over and beyond to make sure my yard was clean and there was no debris in my yard. After the work was completed, they showed me everything that was done and ask for my approval because they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done on my house! If you need work done on your roof I would definitely recommend Grace Construction you won’t be disappointed!

My grandmother had a leak in her roof that caused some damage on the second story. I conducted some research and I found a company who I know I could trust, Chicago Grace Construction. I made a phone call and instantly had an appointment scheduled. I met with Niko and Pete who are very honest and ethical men. They showed us and also explained to us what work had to be done and the process of how it has to get done. Communication was pristine throughout the entire process! Any questions you have will get answered so you can understand. They repaired her roof and installed new gutters. I am very pleased with the work they did. Very professional! I am thrilled to be working with them on other projects. I highly recommend Chicago Grace Construction for your home projects and repairs!

If you need a professional, you have found one in Chicago Grace Construction. I have a 100+ yr old bungalow that was a disaster. My roof needed new gutters, my dormers needed new flat roofs. They came in pointed out the problems, came up with great cost effective solutions and I could not be happier with the outcome. They showed up at 8am and worked well until the evening. They knocked out the work in 2 days! This is a true family run business that takes care of their customers. I would highly recommend them. I am definitely using them for future projects. With this old house I have a ton of them!

This company was incredibly responsive. Got back to me an hour after I sent inquiry, came to look at my roof the same day and came the next day to do the work. Spoke with Nick at (CGC)about what was going on with my mother's roof. It had a leak which started to run through the ceiling in her kitchen. CGC came out when they said they would. Very pleased with Chicago Grace. I am selling my home and had an inspection done. Inspector noticed the flue was loose and needed to be secured. Since the inspector is coming back next week, the job had to be done right away. I called Chicago Grace and spoke to Nico, he came over and took a look at the flue plus the entire roof to make sure everything was ok. Turns out the contractor that put the roof on back in 2018 cut a few corners and didn't seal the mushroom vents and a couple other things. Although not required to by the inspector, I wanted to make sure the roof was taken care of and Nico gave me a great price on the entire job. Since this had to be done quickly, his crew came out on a Sunday to accommodate my time frame. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. Very grateful to Nico and Chicago Grace, they did a great job for a very reasonable price. This was my second time using Niko and his team and they've done a great job both times. We've had some repairs that were needed as well as gutter apron /drip edge to be installed on an older shingle roof. Pete and Niko were very professional. Came out with good estimates the same day I called them and ready to start the job. Initially had the concrete sill replaced at front door. I own a Property Management Company in Chicago and NW Indiana. Pete and Nico were very eager for our business. They showed up the next day after we contacted them and gave us a very competitive bid to replace one lintel and spot tuck and entire side of a 4-unit building, . Yesterday they signed the contract and when I was trying to schedule a date, Pete said "How about today?". Chicago Grace started and completed the job that I had budgeted 2 days for in one day by beefing up their crew and working until after dark. The quality of the work was good, and I am very pleased with this company. I've worked with dozens of Masonry Contractors over the years and Chicago Grace is among the best of the bunch. I will be using them again for my next few upcoming masonry and construction projects. Highly recommend!

We needed to have brick pillars stabilized and after requesting a quote they came out the next day to take a look and finished the job the very next day! Very satisfied. The only issues we had was that the workers left our gate open (in the way of cars) and they used our neighbor's trash bin for brick materials. Otherwise it was fantastic.
