I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the company. The owner, Nelson, from the very beginning, never let it be "about money" but about establishing trust and relationship. He was able to communicate to the insurance adjuster on my behalf. He drove 4 hours so that we could meet in person and get the job done. He communicated what was happening every step of the way.We got our total roof repair done in 2 days, (it would have only been one day but there was unforeseen damage that needed to be addressed). This was by far the best overall experience. Quick, friendly and reliable service. They had my roof and gutters completed in 2 days with step by step videos and pictures detailing the work being done. After completing the job they made sure to clean up. We will definitely be using them again for any future work needed.

Nelson went above and beyond with customer service. He was very commutative, I always knew when things were happening. Not only was he always on time he was often early. He made the process very clear and walked me through all the steps and any form that I would sign.I had a difficult roof that other roofers were giving me extremely high quotes in if they even showed up for the quote at all. I was extremely happy with the tear off roof that Chicago Home Remodeling Group did for me. Nelson runs a right ship and kept a professional presence throughout the entire project. He was very patient in explaining the logistics of the project and helped me pick out my roof and siding colors. He also went above and beyond in managing all of the unknowns that came up including calming down one of my disgruntled tenants. We used them for the siding replacement of our house. They helped us with the process of the insurance and got the insurance to approve the entire house. They did a amazing job and I'm very happy with the service. They finished the project in 5 days and the house had three layers of siding that they removed.they installed new siding and did the fascia and soffit of the house also installed 5 windows. After finishing they did a amazing clean up in fact everyday they worked at the end of the day they left the front and our neighbors spotless.

I was really impressed on how professional and responsive they are. I had a leak in my roof that Nelson was able to inspect in real time while showing us through his drone footage. The following day my roof was repaired. He had great suggestions of any future enhancements/possible repairs but we did not feel pressured or felt like he was trying to upsell up. We worked with CHRG in fall 2020 when they did a tear-off roof replacement for us and spring 2021 when they installed our new gutters. We had an excellent experience for both jobs - CHRG was reasonably priced and did great work, and Nelson was excellent at timely and proactive communication throughout both projects. He also worked directly with our insurance company to get the claim filed, meet the insurance inspector, etc. for the roof (which was a great help as we are out-of-town landlords), and made sure our tenants were informed about and comfortable with the work.
