Wish I could give ZERO stars. They stole over $3000.00 from us! We paid them OVER $3000.00 to tear off and replace the portion of our roof that was flat on our home to stop the leak in our bedroom. After a month the roof leaked again. I called them and they came out and "fixed" the issue, they said they missed a loose nail. After another month it leaked again. I called again and this time they didnt return our calls. They NEVER answer the phone you will always get an answering machine. We had another roofing company come out and explained what was going on. They told us that the roof was never replaced, that it was just patched and he would have charged maybe $350.00 for the work we paid over $3000.00 for! We needed to have the roof replaced again by another company for another $3000.00. STAY AWAY FROM CHICAGO ROOF MASTERS. They are a sham of a "company".

This company is a complete scam. The ads advertise $299 to fix and leak but they charged me $598 to fix the problem. Two days after Chicago Roof Masters left it rained and water still poured into my house. I called them back and they dident return my call. I waited 2 days called them back and finally reached somebody. I was told I am on standby because they are busy. I waited another week and never heard back so I called them again. They said they would be out on Friday and they never showed or called me to postpone. It has now been 3 weeks rain continues to pour into my house and they have stopped returning my phone calls. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Nice guys, horrible repair. They attempted to repair my roof on my home and garage and BOTH continued to leak. Called them and they attempted to repair it again and it continued to leak. I paid over $2500 for a asphalt aluminum reflective coat which will reflect the sun but does nothing for rain. As a recommendation to anyone who thinks that these guys know what they are doing, think again. I would recommend that you skip this company.

Don't bother calling, because John will not pick up the phone or return your phone call. Very frustrating to deal with. Never made repairs correctly.
