I had work done by CRA several months ago and had a very good experience. Paul was direct, honest and responsive. His team fixed a big issue that was caused by weather. I'm not an expert but his team seemed to really know their stuff. They even double-checked for potential leak areas and fixed those as well. Paul and his team were so great to work with. Paul is polite, professional and a down to earth honest guy. He didn't try to upsell on anything and was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to understand the issues we had with our roof, figure out where the leaks were and his team did an excellent job. He even has a 1 year guarantee on the work. Highly recommended.

Paul was super responsive came out immediately and diagnosed the problem. We had a leak over our master bedroom that was pouring water into our bedroom. Paul and crew arrived early next day identified the leak patched and repaired. Followed up with me the following week to ensure everything was to my satisfaction very rare these days.
