As a new homeowner, I was unsure of what to expect when I found out I needed to get my dormer roof completely replaced. I called a few local contractors for quotes and Tom stood out by far. He was kind over the phone, even kinder in person, and had the best priced quote. I chose Tom because of his attitude, the good reviews (his other company page has 100+ 5 star reviews too!) and ultimately the affordable price.He came to inspect my roof right before a few weeks of on and off rain, and as soon as the weather improved, he reached out to schedule a time for his guys to come by. They finished the entire job in ~6 hours. They left no mess and I actually didn't interact with anyone, except to say hi. They even fixed a few broken shingles on my main roof without me asking.I hope I won't need to fix my roof for a long time, but if I ever do, Tom will be the first person I call. Thank you!

I had a water leak for several years. I decided to look for a company that could fix my water leak and after looking into many companies and decided to call Buk roofing RS to schedule appointment. Talk to Tom and he came next day to check the issue with my water leak and told me that some of my shingles were bad and needed it replacing so 3 days he was getting the job. I want to thank Tom and the crew for the great job they did and how fast they were able to fix my issue. Once again I want to thank Tom and the crew for the phenomenal job they did.

I had a couple shingles blow off my roof during a storm, and Chicago Roofing Company came out the same day I called to give an estimate to replace them and nail down several others that were starting to pop up. Their price was competitive and they were able to do the work a few days later. They were professional and courteous throughout, and the roof looks great now.

Great!! We had some shingles blow off our roof and they came out first thing the next day, and replaced them same day for significantly less than other estimates we got. Will absolutely use Chicago Roofing Co. when we replace the roof next year!

Slightly less but not by much. His customer service was by far above his competitors. He responded very timely, gave us real feedback on driving issues, and when we decided to proceed, he returned to walk again and met my partner and answered any questions. I had half a dozen other people come out to take a look at my roof/gutters. They were the only ones who actually took a couple minutes to climb up a ladder and look at the issue. Almost every other place said my gutters were too small or needed replaced. By getting up on a ladder they were able to see the water was getting behind the flashing and that a good area of the soffit was rotted as a result. Within hours they had it fixed. Next time it rained there was no water coming behind the gutters, and I had peace of mind knowing that further damage wasn't going to continue. Could not recommend enough!

Tom came out to our condo building and gave us a free inspection of an area of the roof where one of the residents had some water damage in their ceiling. He told us the cause was probably from condensation related to the HVAC pipes rather than a roof leak. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us some good advice about various aspects of our roof. Fast response, thorough inspection and explanation, gave good advice about how to approach a large project financially. They didn't even charge us for the water they cleared off our flat roof to help mitigate a ceiling leak. Gonna keep in touch with them about roofing needs. They can do brick work too apparently!

Tom and his crew did a fantastic job on my house. Replaced my garage roof and facia last year, replaced half my roof and chimney this year (other half is only 5 years old). Sent me some pictures in the middle of replacing my roof to show me the chimney was in shambles with rotted wood around it and gave a good price right away for the job (was hoping to wait another year on the chimney, didn't know how bad of shape it was really in). Very punctual, does great work, and gives a good price. Am planning on calling him next year to do my siding. Highly recommended!!
