Lin and his son were friendly and responsive, but overall the work they did was unprofessional.They failed to tell me that the area where they would be performing the repairs would need to be painted afterwards and proceeded to quote me a super high price to complete the painting once the repairs were done.In the photos you will also see that numerous seams and all outer seams were left unsealed. After getting a second opinion I was told the type of caulking used was incorrect as well.Additionally the grinding they did was haphazard and a whole section was left unfilled afterwards so I had to have someone else come out and do that on top of paying over $5,000 to Lin and his son for the shoddy work.Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of work and lack of professionalism of the job. Nice enough guys and very responsive if this sort of stuff doesn’t bother you though. Just expected a higher standard for what I was charged.Service: Roof repair

Lin did a great job with the flat roof on the front of our house. We didn't hesitate to call him when we needed repairs to the back of the house. I called A Competitive after I received a flyer on my gate. We have a small overhang roof on our house which was 20 years old and in need of replacement. They were out the next day to do the work and had completed the work a few days later. They are very nice people who did excellent work.Service: Roof repair
