My house was hit by a tornado in August of 2020 and Deluxe remodeling came out right away. The service from Deluxe remodeling was fantastic. Andy the owner personally came out and ensured the job was done correctly. They also worked with the insurance company to ensure the paid for it so I didn’t have to worry about it. The crew took pride in their job and ensured everything was cleaned up before they left. On October 2019, we hired Deluxe remodeling to re-do our roof, gutters and install 2 skylights. The work was done in the spring of 2020 due to the weather. When the work was completed, we noticed that the contractor had reused the old rusty screws and brackets that were previously on our gutters and downspouts. We asked them to replace them and after a couple of weeks they stopped by and replaced them up to a 10' height.On December 2020 one of our skylights began leaking. I reached out to the contractor and he said that he'd send someone over during the week. After multiple messages (I understand that winter weather kicked in), his worker finally showed up in April with a caulk gun and "fixed" the leak.On October 2021, the "repair" that was done in April failed and we continued to get water leaking on our sofa and causing drywall damage. I reached out once again and received a message that he'd send a worker to look at this issue. We are now in December and nobody has shown up to address this and messages are no longer answered. We will now have to pay another company to replace the skylight in the spring.This company will run with your payment and not stand by their work!Services: Gutter installation, Skylight installation, Roof installation
