This is my second review @ Diamond Home Services and I am doubly grateful to do so. I had windows installed about a year or so ago, through them and my gas bill has decreased tremendously, which means air is not seeping in.This past month (April 2022) I was blessed to have them install a tear-off/full installation roof, which was direly needed. Every time it now rains, I no longer have to wonder if I will have water damage, on the inside of my home.The whole process was seamless, from my call to the completion of the project. The district manager was an advocate for me, in so many ways. I felt confident that his expertise was trustworthy.There was no hassle about the pricing or financing. My note is less than my present car note,The team that provided the roofing, was out within a week or less after my decisions were finalized. They completed the job in one day and left nothing behind but my brand new roof, that would say they were ever there.The customer service that Diamond Home provides is phenomenal. They take your concerns seriously and will rectify anything that may need correction or clarity. I highly recommend Diamond Home Services. I had a total replacement on my roof. The work performed was quality, affordable and the team was very professional. All my questions were answered and I even waited until a big rain/wind storm came to make sure nothing flew off the roof. Brad came out on Sept 8th and gave me an estimate on a complete tear off and replacement roof. He was very nice and professional. I had gotten two other estimates and Diamond was by far the best quote. They came out and did the job a couple of weeks later. The roof looks really good and they really cleaned up good afterwards. I’ve worked with Craig and his team from Diamond Home Services since 2017. I have a home built in the 1980s. The house has older wood frame windows. Diamond home services has replaced 20 of these older drafty windows with new windows over the last three years. The most recent install was 2 weeks ago, Nov 2020. They have a skilled team. They have been quick to respond to my requests for quotes. They helped me think through replacement window design as I changed the window types (pane layout and setup) on 5 of the 20 windows I’ve replaced so far. They sourced the windows, and then did a great job with the install - pulling out the old windows, installing, sealing and capping the new windows, and then hauling away the trash. I live in Chicago and space between the houses is tight. They have done an amazing job working in these tight spaces, and delivering quality work. Their installers also do a great job with housekeeping while working and clean up after. They’ve given me tips and demos on how to clean and maintain the windows, and that’s been super helpful . Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience with Craig and his team, and would definitely recommend them to others. I have more windows to replace and I plan to continue to use Diamond Home Services.

Approximately 3- 4 years ago, Diamond came and installed windows on our upper and lower enclosed back porch, 11 total, the rep came and gave us a wonderful price, came a week later for measurements, and within 2-3 weeks the installers came around 8a and left around 2p. Everything was and still is so very well done, that we just called them again to install more new windows. Again, great price and very a friendly customer service rep , who answered our questions professionally and satisfactory. We will need new gutters this year so Ill be calling them again before the winter/fall sets in. Its a family-owned business and its a wonderful company. The rep was one of the family owners and we are glad we called. I needed a new roof I went on line and got a couple of roofing companies Diamond had good reviews so I call them to setup an appointment Cary was my agent he came out the next day he was very professional he went over everything with me told me step by step of what exactly what was going to be done showed me all the colors I could choose from. When the workers came out to do my roof they started early in the morning and finish that same day they was also very professional they clean up every piece of garbage, shingles, and wood and mess up all was very nice I recommend Diamond to my neighbors and co workers.

I've used Diamond home service to replace my windows in 2 houses. now. They were very competitive with pricing. When there was a problem accommodating our color request we were given an upgrade to woodgrain at no extra cost to us. Installation took 1 day. There was a lot of snow on the ground so they didn't clean up much. That is the only thing I would say they cold improve on. I think it would be helpful if they had 1 person in the crew dedicated to getting all the sharp pieces of metal left around and cleaning the windows after install.Service: Window installation

I'm so glad that we went with Diamond Windows. Not only was their windows in great quality, it was also fairly priced. I initially met with Craig Diamond for the free estimate where he walked us through the installation process. And it was exactly as he said. Stanley came in with his crew and finished the job within 2 days (2 flat property). They were very professional and left the place nice and clean. I love all of my 39 new windows. Great job!! About 8 years ago a co-worker recommended Diamond Home Services to me for remodeling and repairs. My mom and I have used them ever since for bathroom remodels, my hardwood floors, windows, roof, kitchen counters and floors, and siding for my home.
