Great experience from start to finish! We had the walls, ceiling, and baseboards repainted in a single room. Got back to me right away after requesting a quote via text. Very responsive (and patient!) with my many questions before the job. Manny arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He was very upfront and knowledgeable about what it would take to fix some of the trouble spots in our room, so we ended up having to alter the specs on the job just a bit. Got the job done in 5 hours, which was way less than if I were to do it myself. The room looks great! I will definitely reach out to E & M Renovations first for our next paint job.

Emmanuel came to install bathtub fixture so I would be able get water. I did not stay at property for several months due to weather. Once I began staying there I notice that although I was getting water, the water was cold and I was not able to turn the nob so I can get hot water. I reached out to Emmanuel and he did not return my call. Sent him a text. He responded and asked me to send him video of situation and I did. I explained to Emmanuel twice that I am getting hot water from my bathroom sink so it has nothing to do with the boiler. This is the response I received from Emmanuel: " I did receive your video faucet is install right that handle is designed to only to a quarter turn you mentioned water does get warm not just hot enough for you I would recommend to check your boiler for the temperature before we got paid I showed you the job it had hot and cold water it's been over almost 3 months January 16 this job was completed if there would of been any complications it would if not the same day. I'm sure this issue has nothing to do with the handle." Emmanuel refused to come look at fixture that he installed and got paid for. So how could he be sure that it is not the handle? Furthermore his response that he "is sure the water is warm but water is not hot enough for me" blew me away. Not to mention the fact that he felt that there was an expiration date to his service I do not recommend him due to his terrible attitude and poor customer service. I had to hire someone else to correct the work he did. Prior to this incident he was suppose to shovel my side walk. He would set up a time and then not show up.April 1st

I work with Habitat for Humanity, we are a well-established non-profit that serves low-income families. Manny reached out to me after I had trouble with some of the handyman booking services and said to go with him directly, it would be faster and less expensive. I arranged to meet him at a job site and he was a no show. We had a number of phone calls and texts leading up to it. The night before he texted me at 8:15 asking about the ceiling height and if he would need a ladder. I texted him the next morning, the day the work was to take place, and told him the ceiling height and that I could provide a ladder or scaffold if he needed it. I never heard back from him. I texted him to confirm that I would be there at our agreed-upon time, but never heard back. I continued to text and call after the meeting time with no response. Eventually, my phone went straight to a recording that said he was unavailable, he had blocked my number. Later in the day I called him from another phone, and low and behold, he answered. He told me since I didn't respond prior to his "going to bed" he didn't get a confirmation and took another job that was going to pay him. Not sure about any of that reasoning, just very poor follow-through and communication. Be very careful if you consider hiring this person.
