A piece of trim/fascia from a part of the roof line on my three story rental property became detached and was swinging and hitting walls and windows. I also had a down spout that became detached. Edwin and his crew came the same day I made the call and fixed everything! I thought it was a dangerous job to be that high up but they completed the job with ease. They responded quickly to my inquiry for an estimate and scheduled to come repair my chimney / roof a few days from receiving the estimate. They were fast and efficient and the chimney looks so much better now.****UPDATE****During the rain today, there was still a spot in the roof that was leaking water. Edwins crew responded to my text immediately and come over within the hour to inspect the problem. There was a nail that needed removed and he resealed the roof in that spot. No extra fees or charges and he fixed the problem within an hour of me contacting him.

I reached out to Edwin after doing a Google search and seeing the good reviews. I discovered a small leak in my second floor unit. Edwin was very responsive and professional. Instead of patching one area we decided that it'll be best to do one large section to make sure water won't get back in. He also assured me that the rest of the roof is in great shape. Him and his crew came back the next day and was prompt. I don't usually leave reviews but I was very pleased with my experience. I wish other companies were like this where they are responsive, professional and get the job done in a timely manner. When the weather is better I plan to have the repaired section coated by them so it will match the rest of the roof. I've included my drone shots so people can see the work.Service: Roof repair

Edwin is the best! I was distraught about the corner of my front porch roof that had water damage and had actually been worsened by the shoddy work of someone else. He answered the phone, did an evaluation and quote in hours (not days!!!) and began work at 8 am. His crew was prompt, efficient and clean. He communicated with me during the repair with picture and texting with his recommendations. His price was fair and consistent. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rehire Edwin. 10/10.

Edwin and his team did a great job! I had a roof leak that was caused by an abandoned sewer vent pipe so I needed the pipe removed and the hole patched and sealed. After dealing with a few different companies that seemed uninterested in getting the work done in a timely manner, I found Edwin who came out to look at it on a Friday and fixed it by Monday. He also had a couple guys fix the drywall that we had previously cut into and they did a great job as well. Highly recommend him!Service: Roof repair

Edwin and team replaced all of the vents on the outside of our four story building. A lot of companies won’t work on buildings that tall, but Edwin did. A lot of companies would charge extremely high prices if they were willing to do the work, Edwin didn’t. He and his company were responsive, professional, kind. Plus, they are bilingual in English and Spanish! Very happy all-around!
